I made an order for spare parts for household appliances twice. One in 2020, the other in 2021. Delivery, matching the details to the order is all good. The last (I think the last) order was in October 2022. Silence, e-mails are ignored, calls are answered and promised delivery on the next delivery. Three months have passed. Nothing. Something happened in the company. I had to buy the part in an online store. It turned out to be cheaper by 30 rubles. The price of the parts is too high.
