I have never been to Dubai airport and considered it one of the best in the world, but for the first time I found myself there in Terminal 2, this is some kind of transfer point, packed with transit passengers. Many stay there for hours. It is very crowded, not convenient and not comfortable.
This is the first time I've seen an airport of this scale! But you need to be more careful when crossing or moving from one terminal to another. I almost got lost, thanks to the passenger-neighbor, we were flying in the same direction with a transfer.
A huge terminal, a lot of shops, it's difficult to navigate, there's no one to ask, of the most negative things-dirty floors in the VIP waiting area, poor diet, there's almost no menu for children.
It's a great airport, it's not the first time I fly in and out of here, everything is fine! There is a sign for a quiet airport, but flights are being announced!🙌🙌🙌
The terminal is decent enough, of course it is not the 2nd, the terminal itself is a little more modest, the number of inspection rooms, which affects the queues. Duty free is available, but their quality lags behind the main terminals and the number and quality of food outlets leaves much to be desired.
An excellent airport, a lot of passport control desks. Upon arrival, a free SIM card is issued, which is valid 24 hours after activation. Luggage is delivered quickly, without delay. There is a store with alcoholic beverages at the exit to the city, prices are high.
An ordinary airport, (not counting the price) there are tables, shops, there is a place to eat (for example, KFC, McDonalds) well, in short, it is similar to our Sheremetyevo airport.
A very convenient airport terminal, the metro stops right into it, no one checks bags at the entrance to the station, it takes 3 minutes to walk from the metro to the check-in desk, you can arrive 2 hours before departure, you will have time without haste, a good duty free
I used to think that the free zone in Dubai was the most attractive, after the last visit to the airport, I was very surprised by the prices, which are many times more expensive than in some European airports.
There is no queue for registration and passport control. There are many shops, a pharmacy, a cafe. One disadvantage is that there are few empty seats in the waiting room.
A clean, modern airport. The paper control is automatic - you put your passport and the retina of the eye is scanned, the green light turns on- you pass.
Flydubai flew- everything was clear, on time, they were fed on the plane.
The airport is huge. Those who arrived for the first time are given SIM cards that work 24 hours after activation. The inspection is very fast. Follow the signs and everything will be fine.
An airport with a good duty-free service. Before our exit, we rode by train, which is unusual. But it's impossible to get confused, there are coordinators all around. When the luggage was checked in, there was a Russian-speaking coordinator, so everything went quickly.
At Dubai airport, this is the oldest building, a collective farm, I would say, even the Lounge area is just a tin crowd, there is nowhere to sit, dirty, the food is not tasty ... for Dubai, it should even be a shame
