The refueling is normal. People are terrible. The attitude towards the client is disgusting. However, if you have Kazakhstan numbers. That Attitude is good. And if you have Uzbek, Tajik or Kyrgyz or Russian numbers. Be prepared for a mediocre attitude and discontent.
