The breakfasts and dinners are delicious, there is always something interesting, fruits, desserts and bombic jam! Which you can then buy, as well as chacha. Not many names are prepared, but everything is fresh, hot and homemade. Although sometimes it's like in a restaurant, it's exquisite.
The rooms are originally decorated. We lived in deluxe, Japan.
There are nuances: audibility in the rooms, a small pool (by the way, it was cleaned when we were there), there were not enough cosmetic bags: cotton swabs and discs. There are many other cosmetics, including a dental kit. The bathroom floor is very slippery, there would be some mats so as not to fall.
The staff are professionals! The girls at the reception solved all the issues, called a taxi. The girls in the restaurant even offered blankets (we ate on the terrace), they always ask how the rest is, they look after us.
Milana told us about other hotels in the Garuda chain, it became interesting, we want to go there too.
The hotel is well located. Nearby there is a market , an embankment, and shops.

PS we were out of season, October, so we don't know what happens in the summer yet. Today, the hotel is one of the best for us, and we have been to many places :)
A great hotel in the center of Sukhum, beautifully renovated, clean, spacious and beautiful room, everything is there for a luxurious stay, the breakfast and dinner buffet is just a delight, very tasty and a large selection. The hotel deserves a rating of 5, if not for one thing! I paid for everything in advance on Ya.Traveling, when checking in at the reception, they demanded ATTENTION for the registration of 200 rubles per person, just some kind of losh levy that spoiled the whole further impression, this is not a service, this is disrespect for the guests.
And by the way, everything in the rooms is great, only the audibility is wild.
