Total 4. For a lot of little things that can and should be cleaned. For example, the toilet paper basket is broken. The pedal cannot lift the lid. I don't want to do it with my hands, they put it in a bag. They didn't throw it in the toilet. There are deposits under the bed. We even found a jar of cucumbers;) There was more, but I won't mention it, maybe it's just me who was so lucky. And this will greatly spoil the impression.
Breakfast solid 4. Every day something new. Separately, I would like to highlight melons. We took melons every day at the bazaar, and they tasted better at breakfast at the hotel.
The reception staff is 5 with a slight minus. All issues were resolved very promptly and friendly. Minus for the inability to work with email. They respond in 3 days. Only one of my two letters was answered. And the question was important! At first, I thought that everyone in Uzbekistan was responding like that, but no, now in Samarkand and here the hotel was very promptly conducting correspondence.

Nice, clean hotel! The restaurant did not have half of the menu, but this is a common thing in Uzbekistan. The rooms are on the ground floor with high ceilings. 103 room is good, for a couple or a couple with a small child. Taxis were willing to come to this part of Tashkent. The supermarket is across the street. There is an ATM, but the exchange rate is bad. And of course the pool, a big plus for it 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Great hotel. It looks like a Turkish 4*-5*. The staff is very polite and helpful, always ready to help. Clean, bright. WiFi is available throughout the hotel. A nice bonus is the presence of a sauna and a hammam. Metro and shops are within walking distance. Decent value for money. I recommend it to those traveling in Tashkent.

The hotel is clean, everything is new, no unpleasant odors characteristic of hotels. There is even an outdoor swimming pool. I was the only one who went to fitness during the two days that I was there)).
Excellent breakfasts. I didn't go to the restaurant for dinner.
The disadvantage is that they forgot to bring shampoos, gels, soap to one of the rooms, and in the other room they were half empty! After I asked to bring shampoos, no one immediately ran to bring them. There was no time to make a scandal - they used their own funds.
Yes, more! There were no working scales in the hotel to weigh the bags.
I hope they fix these joints next time!

It 's a long way from the airport by local standards . 30 minutes, but there is a place to eat delicious, even very tasty! Barbecue. We slept well, everything is new, the truth is sometimes done anyhow))) but for tourism and work it's the best! Thanks!

You can see how everything is thought out. How many little things and details — and all according to science, Apparently the project was originally implemented by professionals from the Hospitality industry. Which, to be honest, is a rarity for Tashkent so far.
Very friendly and friendly staff: it is clear that people are trained, professionally, but they also try their best, they want to do their job efficiently.
Everyone is friendly and whoever meets, everyone will help on any issue, and it does not matter if the issue does not relate to his competence directly: you will not have to look for the right employee yourself, they will find him according to your task and everything will be solved in the best way and with a pleasant mood. The wonderful hotel is the best in the area to get closer to the U.S. Embassy. Taking a taxi to the center is not expensive and fast. The hotel itself is very clean, cozy in a European way, delicious breakfasts and especially coffee! Friendly staff, ready to fulfill any request.
