My visit to this workshop was unsuccessful.
I handed over the laptop and before that I clarified when the diagnosis would be done approximately. I gave it away on Friday, they said they would tell me the reason on Monday. I called on Monday, they said they didn't figure it out and we have to wait until Wednesday or Thursday. I called on Thursday and clarified, they said that they could not turn on the laptop and find out what the reason was. I said I'd pick it up and take it to another workshop, and that's what we agreed on.
I think that you can only bring people with obvious problems to this workshop.
I took it to another master and he immediately turned on the laptop in some special way and later told me what the problem was. Therefore, decide for yourself whether to bring the equipment here for repair or not.
These guys are the third ones who needed to be contacted to solve the problem.
The prices are slightly higher than those in the city, but they became interested in my case, took it up (I have the am5 platform, I can't find much in the city) and decided, along the way, telling me what happened and the theory of what could be the cause of the problem
