A well-thought-out distribution of responsibilities between the administration, junior and secondary medical staff and doctors. During one consultation visit, 5 people approached the patient. All necessary diagnostic measures were carried out, treatment was prescribed (information about the patient is provided to the pharmacy in advance, after which he receives medicines). Friendly treatment, competent specialists. Special thanks to Dr. Alaa Shadid for his high professional qualities.

We came here with a small child with a viral infection, contacted Ingosstrakh insurance in advance and they gave us the address of this hospital. We arrived with the child's temperature, at the time of the examination the temperature had risen to 40.5, the doctors and nurses promptly began to examine us, felt confident and reassured us that everything would be fine. They helped us a lot, the doctor recommended staying in the hospital for a day, they installed the systems, and they checked on us every 15-30 minutes. If the patient does not understand the language, then they simply used a translator. The rooms are simply gorgeous, there is Wi-Fi, TV, food for mom and baby. They let our dad stay with us for the night. The clinic is top-notch, the staff is gorgeous

My son's temperature has been unbearable for two days. From the very entrance, we were accepted as family. In the first hour, tests were taken, while an IV was placed. We identified gipp A. Of course, we wanted a simple solution and departure to the hotel. But, they left it until morning under ivs and supervision. I settled down with my son. They fed, watered, and lifted the child to his feet. Many thanks to the staff and doctors!!!
