In 2009, everything was fine. The hotel has its own beach and there are few corals on it. But on foot you can walk to the city beach (400 meters from the hotel), which is better than the beach of most so-called 5-rock.
In 2013. we went with my parents, I was about 10 years old. From memories - a light safe in the closet, which is not difficult to carry, large cockroaches in the toilet, very peppery food (several tablespoons of seasonings in each dish), pasta was more often from the main one, in the evening something was sprayed every time, possibly from flies and mosquitoes
Then there were no problems with garbage, there were animators in the evening, the coastal zone (of course there is still a ride to it) was clean
There were few problems with the sunbeds, perhaps they got lucky with time
But there were a lot of Arabs in the hotel
Oh, yes, and very hard mattresses!
For my modest money...(and we rested on NG) - my husband and I were satisfied with the price and service and + connection to the sea (transfer to the sea before lunch and after - there was, which was not in other hotels, 3 min. by bus) - at the expense of animation, those who wanted to dance were on the dance floor (in the amphitheater) - those who did not want to - hung out to their taste (on Ama Bay and in other places) the most interesting thing is when you start comparing what you got from a simple foursome with those who rested in the top five... and it turns out that the beach vacation was worse in the top five... That's how it is, dear friends...
It's terrible! The hotel did not justify its 4 stars. It's a two-minus. The rooms are in a deplorable state, all dead, people arrive every day for 30,40 people. There is no food, there is no animation. The territory is large, but not ready to receive tourists. For food and a place in the sun, by the pool, by the sea - a battle! We were a little lucky, I was with my grandson at the beginning of the opening from October 16 to 23, 2021, people were just starting to come. Three days later, hell broke loose! A bunch of Arabs, they brought them in whole buses. It's a complete disgrace. Tour operator Biblio Globus is completely unaware of the situation at the hotel. The whole impression of Egypt (although it was my third time there) was terrifying. And yet, there are an incredible number of flies and mosquitoes on the territory of the hotel and in the rooms.
When searching for a hotel in Egypt, this dump occasionally comes across, I rested in it back in 2010 and even then it was a complete horror. The hotel itself is nice with a good territory, but everything is so neglected and squalid and these are memories from 10 years ago. Judging by the reviews, nothing has changed, I would not have gone there even if I had been paid)
They were terribly rude, cigarette butts on the floor in front of the entrance in the rooms are dirty, the bathroom door does not close, the mechanical device is broken and this is a suite! There's nothing to do, the bus broke down 4 times
