A wonderful hotel to relax in! The rooms are very clean, there are hygiene items, a kettle and everything for tea, a refrigerator with drinks, we were in a room with a Jacuzzi on the terrace, overlooking the sea. The staff is friendly, the rooms are cleaned and towels are changed every day. The hotel has a spa, indoor and outdoor pools, sauna and hammam. The territory is located in tiers with walking areas, very well-groomed territory, many species of plants, observation decks for the whole city of Gagra. There is a bridge over the highway to the beach and at the end there is an elevator to the beach. Very beautiful. I recommend visiting this place.

From the very moment of arrival, we started to like everything. The room was very cozy and clean, with a wonderful view. The area is amazing - very green and clean. The facilities were top notch! The staff was very attentive and helpful, always ready to help with recommendations on excursions and local attractions. We visited several interesting places and were absolutely delighted! Overall, our stay at this hotel exceeded all expectations. We will definitely come back here again and recommend it to everyone who is looking for comfort and excellent service in Gagra!

The hotel is just great! The location is super — there are many places for walking nearby. The territory is neat, the rooms are really clean. The staff is very polite and friendly. We had a rest at the end of October, so many bars and cafes were no longer open, but it didn't spoil the impression much. The pool was warm and clean, which also pleased me. The breakfasts are great, there is plenty to choose from! And going down to the beach by elevator is just great! The views from the upper gazebo are unforgettable! 🌅
