A hotel with potential in a cool location
September 2024
The hotel has every chance to become the best in the middle price segment. We need a good manager who will restore order and comfort. It's sad so far. It is dirty in the rooms, in the common areas, the dishes are blooming. There are traces of devastation. Very good location, near 2 beaches. It takes about 7 minutes to walk to the private beach along a pleasant path. On the beach, you can take fruits, water, and cookies from the box. Right by the beach there is a beautiful park and a concert venue. In the park in the morning, jogging with the meeting of beautiful sunrises and swimming in the sea. The sea is clean, warm, with a lot of different beautiful fish, some bite. You can walk to the Temple of Apollo, or take dolmusha number 1, stop at the hotel. There are 3 supermarkets nearby within a 5-minute walk. The central point of the city is about 15 minutes on foot. In the shopping center, you can exchange rubles for lira. There is a bottle of water in the hotel room every day, a cooler on the floor, and a kettle in the room. But the staff must be persuaded to come in to clean up or restock. The breakfasts are 90% the same, but varied. The dinners are modest, they were not used. The dinners are varied, plentiful, and once we caught a fish day. In general, everything is delicious. Lots of fruits. During the day, something is cooked from food somewhere in different corners of the territory. The pool is large, games are held, there is an annimation, in the evenings we saw a children's disco. Wi-Fi was weak from time to time. I do not recommend rooms with sea views, it's on the pool and constant music, noisy, smoky from the grills. We had a room on the other side, where the main entrance is, quiet, cool. In general, Didim liked it, it's like another country. The city consists of low white villas, it is cozy to walk in the evening between them, the nearest on the beach to the right of the hotel
The rooms are old. The bed was fresh upon arrival. Towels were changed often, but I don't remember how often. Swimming pool. There is a bar near the pool. The cocktails are delicious there. You have to go to the sea or wait for the bus. The beach is located on the Didim city beach - the hotel rents. There are sun beds and umbrellas on the plaza, there is no bar. The food in the restaurant is modest, but you can eat. If the hotel is full, then there are not enough forks and knives. The worst thing about the hotel is the swarm of flies. They are everywhere. In the restaurant, they curl around the offered dishes, they try to sit on a plate, you lie by the pool and there they are...
Let's start with the pros, there are few of them - food. It is diverse, there is always fish, fruits (watermelons are not very). It's not a bad room, but... In Moscow, they paid for a certain room, but they paid extra upon arrival. Well, now the cons!!! Upon arrival, we were surprised, from the series expectation is reality. The hotel is small. My whole life is around one pool. Since most of the tourists are local people who come to the hotel for the weekend, the people in the pool are more. Let's go back to the room, yes it's not bad, for an additional fee, but even that didn't save us from the shower. It's just not realistic to shower under the ceiling and wash like a human being. Rooms with sea views are not given a priori, apparently they are reserved for the locals. It was as if there was no cleaning, money was left, there was no point anyway. There are two elevators in the hotel, and you can't wait for one. The animation is all in Turkish, it's like we don't exist. Cocktails are not given until the 12th day, unless for a fee of 100 lire. The slides are turned on for two hours a day, are you guys serious at all, then why are they at all?) The hotel is surrounded by a road on all sides. It's about a kilometer to the sea. So the sea, in fact, is what we came for. The hotel's beach is located on the territory of a public beach, small in size. There are sun beds and a man is sitting with a fridge with water and rolls that were not eaten for breakfast. As a result, we flew for the amount of 179 for two adults and an 8-year-old child, for eight days. This hotel is definitely not worth such prices.
Nice hotel. The food is good, the pool is not small. The room was given with a surcharge overlooking the sea, and the air conditioning in this room worked terribly badly, it buzzed, then knocked
The sea is across the street, there is no bar, the food is normal.,in general, a solid three plus. There is Wi-Fi, but good speed only in a couple of places.
