The first time we stayed at this hotel for 10 days and ten nights was in August 2019. Everything was great, the service was excellent, the breakfast was varied every day, a lot of vegetables and fruits, the food was amazing. The staff is polite and friendly. The room was cleaned almost every day, so we decided that we would return to this Garden House hotel on Taro Biy Street once again. We arrived in April 2024, firstly, we booked, but it turned out that they did not know. They gave us a triple room, but it was not cleaned, the toilet was covered in urine, someone's dirty towels were lying around - they started cleaning and replaced the linen, the toilet was washed. We lived for seven days and seven nights and constantly had to be reminded about cleaning, on the fifth day they spat and did not ask for more. Breakfast was the same all seven days, no fruits, no vegetables, by eight in the morning everything was over, and if they came later, there were only buns and fried eggs. In general, it is poor and monotonous.
Russian Russian reception staff, if there were guys, then somehow they more or less communicated and allowed us to take water from the cooler into bottles, but there was one little girl with a child all the time, so she's mean, she immediately feels like she doesn't like Russians, although we are from Russia, but not Russians. Don't take a lot of water, ignored many of our questions, and on the last day raised her voice at us when we asked to wait for a taxi in the room, the check-out hour had not yet arrived, and we stopped by later, but left earlier and we paid the money. It was hot outside about 35, she didn't offer any water, she yelled at us, we are 60 years old, we didn't do anything wrong to her and didn't say anything. They left in a bad mood. The Garden House on 122 Tarobiy Street in Navoi city no longer exists for us. We will look for another hotel.
Unfortunately, my stay at the Garden Haus left an extremely negative impression.
The room that was provided to me was noisy, cockroaches were walking, poor-quality service, problems with Wi-Fi, poor breakfast, etc.
In general, the Garden Haus does not meet the stated level of service and price. The feeling is that the hotel management does not care about the comfort of its guests at all.

The staff is very helpful. Excellent location - there is a courtyard nearby where you can sit. A store where you can buy everything you need. Modern renovation and furniture. I recommend 🩷
