The first time we stayed at this hotel for 10 days and ten nights was in August 2019. Everything was great, the service was excellent, the breakfast was varied every day, a lot of vegetables and fruits, the food was amazing. The staff is polite and friendly. The room was cleaned almost every day, so we decided that we would return to this Garden House hotel on Taro Biy Street once again. We arrived in April 2024, firstly, we booked, but it turned out that they did not know. They gave us a triple room, but it was not cleaned, the toilet was covered in urine, someone's dirty towels were lying around - they started cleaning and replaced the linen, the toilet was washed. We lived for seven days and seven nights and constantly had to be reminded about cleaning, on the fifth day they spat and did not ask for more. Breakfast was the same all seven days, no fruits, no vegetables, by eight in the morning everything was over, and if they came later, there were only buns and fried eggs. In general, it is poor and monotonous.
Russian Russian reception staff, if there were guys, then somehow they more or less communicated and allowed us to take water from the cooler into bottles, but there was one little girl with a child all the time, so she's mean, she immediately feels like she doesn't like Russians, although we are from Russia, but not Russians. Don't take a lot of water, ignored many of our questions, and on the last day raised her voice at us when we asked to wait for a taxi in the room, the check-out hour had not yet arrived, and we stopped by later, but left earlier and we paid the money. It was hot outside about 35, she didn't offer any water, she yelled at us, we are 60 years old, we didn't do anything wrong to her and didn't say anything. They left in a bad mood. The Garden House on 122 Tarobiy Street in Navoi city no longer exists for us. We will look for another hotel.

Unfortunately, my stay at the Garden Haus left an extremely negative impression.
The room that was provided to me was noisy, cockroaches were walking, poor-quality service, problems with Wi-Fi, poor breakfast, etc.
In general, the Garden Haus does not meet the stated level of service and price. The feeling is that the hotel management does not care about the comfort of its guests at all.

A clean hotel, tea, coffee, water, kettle, soap, shampoo, toothbrush, standard set in the room, which will not surprise anyone much. Breakfast is not bad in principle, but it was better before.
Cons: The rooms are located on the 1st and 7th floors, there was only 1 m. It is very uncomfortable, because the ceilings are above 4 meters. The entrance courtyard is on the ground floor. The most moronic shells I've ever seen.

There was a lot of dust in the room, there was no toothbrush and paste, as well as shampoo, shower gel and a bathrobe. There was an electric kettle, but there was nothing to brew - they didn't think about brewing either. Breakfast with a big stretch for a C-grade - I had to beg for sugar. To sum up, I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

First, they were settled in a room with faulty plumbing, then transferred to a room with a faulty TV, non-working Wi-Fi.
There was no hot water in the room for all four days. The door was closed only after a good kick, the key was inserted with difficulty. Buffet: after 9.00 hot dishes should be requested. Drinks at the reception have day and night prices.
Conclusion: I do not recommend it.

I stayed in a single room. Clean, spacious with a comfortable mattress and pillows. Very attentive staff: they were allowed to stay for a couple of hours longer than the departure hour without additional payment, and called a taxi. Of the cons: a meager, tasteless breakfast.

Hello.
Zavtrk is super recommended, but you need to put rubber shoes for the shower. Cold water does not work, only hot water works, and therefore it is somehow not convenient to take a shower in the summer.

We lived on the 7th floor, the rooms have Windows to the street, only Windows to the corridor. Hot water appears within 5 minutes after opening the faucet. Under the dressing table, tables and the bed are very dirty, they have not been cleaned for years. There is no freezer in the rooms. Among the advantages are a Shvets table, air conditioning, an elevator and silence.

The management has changed here and now it is very noisy, at night from drunk visitors and from hotel employees, in the mornings, even on weekends (Saturday at 8.30!) A pianist comes to learn to play, which can be heard in all rooms on the ground floor and you have to get up so early!
