Overall, a very good hotel in its category. Everything is new enough, the bed is comfortable, the lighting in the room is decent. There is air conditioning. Wi-fi is good. The breakfast, in my opinion, is excellent. You can choose what to eat.
However, there are small disadvantages that do not spoil the rest (if you do not find fault): "tired" towels, a low-power hair dryer (keep in mind, if your hair is not short, at some point it cuts off and does not turn on until it cools down), damaged furniture in places (and it seemed that it was damaged during assembly).
I give you the highest score, because overall, the hotel left a very good impression.

Almost perfect. Everything is new, modern, comfortable beds and pillows. The rooms have good light, you can safely read or work in the dark, and this happens infrequently in hotels. In general, the concept is thoughtful and very pleasant. Only the staff messes up. This is not the case when they will meet and help with your luggage, even though there is such a person in the state, he will diligently ignore you. It's the same in the restaurant. The waiters will accept and bring the order, and then they will sit at the bar and play with phones, as if they do not exist at all. You need to clean up the dirty dishes, order something, pay the bill - go look for them.
I will focus on breakfast separately. The filling of the breakfast is gorgeous. In addition to standard porridges, eggs and pastries, there are hot dishes of red fish and meat, several types of pizza, rolls, shrimp, a variety of nuts and dried fruits. And all this diversity is shattered by the stupidity of the employees. You can only have a delicious meal at seven in the morning. After an hour, everything is cold and windy, and after two there is nothing at all, not even water in titanium and cutlery. The food is prepared once in the morning and is not renewed, it stands in open containers. The waiters don't give a damn.
It is clear that the owner sought to create a high-level project, everything is here for this. There is not enough professional manager, preferably a foreign one, so that there is no familiarity, which will not allow the staff to hack. Then there will be a top for your money

Nice hotel. Clean, the rooms are well cleaned. The location is convenient, you can go in any direction. I arrived earlier than 14:00, at first they said early check-in is paid, after 20 minutes they checked in. The room has everything you need, good TV. The Internet is working, but I think this is not the problem of the hotel. Breakfast, despite the large selection, is quite limited to the dishes that you want to eat. For me, fewer dishes are better, but their quality is better. The best thing for breakfast is desserts.

The standard rooms here are quite small, say, a 2-seater bed occupies 70-75% of the entire room, but the rooms are comfortably decorated, have a full mini bar, a work TV, a shower set, a well-functioning air conditioner, and a table. In the restaurant, food is mostly prepared for a long time (you can order in the room via a landline phone), for example, if you order lunch with the main course and salad, you will have to wait 1-2 hours, but the quality of the food is above average.

A great hotel. The outdoor roof terrace with mountain views is super! To sit with a glass of wine or whiskey in the evening is the best thing) A good selection of dishes for breakfast. However, when there is an influx of tourists, the kitchen stops coping. Girls need to be a little more agile. There are a lot of customers and some are starting to panic. The rooms are cleaned every day. Drinking water is being renewed. The staff is sociable. There is a good mini shopping center nearby. The products are all there. There is an exchanger in the shopping center. They change normally from 50 + dollars.

The double room was comfortable, but there was a very narrow passage where there was a closet and a toilet room. They were constantly jostling there. A gorgeous fluffy blanket under which it's hot! And there is nothing else to hide with ((
I covered myself with a bathrobe, after the first night the maid took it away, but did not bring a new one ((After the second night, she took the second bathrobe. I had to cover myself with a towel, but it's short. In general, it was uncomfortable to sleep.

A cozy and comfortable room, a very tasty and varied breakfast, good fast Internet, normal sound insulation. It is very convenient to make calculations: it is possible in local currency, it is also possible in rubles, dollars and euros. There are a couple of good restaurants and a small shopping center within walking distance.
Of the disadvantages, I can only note the lack of an iron in the room, I had to order and wait, but if I do it in advance, then there will be no problems.

Everything is fine in this hotel and the rooms, daily cleaning, cleanliness is perfect everywhere, and the kitchen (the breakfasts are great, there is sooo much food and it is different and high-quality, aesthetic) and the service and the people and the conference rooms and the roof terrace, the best lobby, the location is great in the city and relative to the airport. A very decent city hotel! I was on a business trip for 2 nights. The room is not big, cozy. The windows on the road are adjacent to the building, there are external air conditioning units under the windows, so it is noisy. I did not close the window, I love fresh air, I do not use air conditioning, these disadvantages are not relevant when the window is closed.
The snowstorm is new, the bed is gorgeous, there is a mini bar, a kettle, toiletries, toothbrushes, bathrobes, a hair dryer (although the cord is short and very hot). There are no hangers for clothespins for trousers. These are all small things, otherwise fine!
Beautiful and cozy interiors, there are tables at the entrance on the street, a veranda on the roof. The staff is polite and helpful. I will separately note the breakfasts - this is something of a masterpiece! Salted fish of several types, bruschetta, toasts, pancakes, salads, eggs of several types, sausages, greens. The pastries and desserts are delicious! The entire range of free breakfast can then be found on the restaurant menu for a fee. I didn't eat breakfast for the future, so as not to have lunch in the city, and not to waste time (this is important on a business trip!). It is very clean and cozy. There is a supermarket opposite. I recommend the hotel!

I stayed there for a couple of days. The standard room. Excellent, friendly staff. They speak Russian perfectly. In principle, as everywhere else in Bishkek. Just 100 meters from the hotel there is a small shopping center "Globus". Passing by various shops, there is also an exchange office. The room is clean, I was pleased with the design with a national flavor. The bathroom has everything, including disposable toothbrushes with paste (in a small, single-use tube), a disposable razor and even floor scales! A good selection of TV channels, including in Russian. There is a really wide variety of products for breakfast. I was pleasantly surprised that on Thursday a large discount was made on fish products, as in the good Soviet times: Thursday is fish day. The hotel also has several conference halls for negotiations, which is also convenient. The price, compared with the same Europe, is very democratic.
On my next business trip, I will stay here again. I liked it very much.

The breakfasts are excellent, very varied, I didn't have time to try everything that was offered in a week. There is very little space in the standard room, everything you need is there. The hair dryer failed, heats up quickly and turns off. The staff is friendly, solved and helped with everything. Overall, everything is very good. I would definitely come back here. I liked the bathroom, comfortable beds, clean bed linen, tea set. The room was cleaned well, except for a watermelon pit in front of the bed on the day of arrival (obviously a compliment from the hotel))) Breakfast is full, if you come to the beginning by 7 o'clock, at 9 it is already disassembled and some dishes are missing. The breakfast is varied, there are a lot of fruits, there are pastries and cakes, cakes, there were cheesecakes, eggs, potatoes, pasta, chicken, juices, cold cuts, nuts, dried fruits, even sushi, salads. I won't say that everything is delicious, but a lot of it is quite decent to taste. At 18 o'clock on a day off, the beauty salon was no longer working, so I couldn't use it. There were some problems with the TV, obviously due to the Internet. At the reception, the girl was told about all the claims, she said thank you for the information, and that was it (she said something that they put us in a room with a higher category, but according to the photo and description, this room corresponded to the one we paid for and I didn't need another one). To be honest, I regretted that I chose this hotel, the service and food were not pleased, and the extra bed was amazing!
I didn't like it · Before arriving at the hotel, I wrote a letter confirming my arrival, specifying that we need an extra bed, for which I pay separately, despite the fact that I already booked a room for 3 people. But when we arrived at about 8 p.m., it turned out that there was nothing in the room for 3 people. That is, they began to install a bed with us and brought the rest of the items (toothbrushes, bathrobe, cup, towels), that is, the planned guests were not expected at the hotel. In addition, at the reception, the receptionist greeted us very dryly, without even a smile. I was deeply impressed by the extra bed, which in a 4-star hotel consisted of two large stools, not fastened together in any way. A mattress was placed on them, which moved along with the person who sleeps on it. My daughter even almost fell off this "bed". I think it's a shame for a hotel to put such a bed and still charge money for it, it's better to leave the hotel with the opportunity to accommodate only standard beds.
In the evening, we decided to use the mini-bar and drink a bottle of wine from the refrigerator, it turned out that the refrigerator was not working, but it was buzzing very loudly. I had to leave a request at the reception and turn it off completely, but they did not respond to the request, and they did not replace or fix it on day 2.
The hotel restaurant was also not pleased, despite the fact that there was not a single person in it in the evening (many ordered room service), the waitresses were slow. The composition of the dishes was not known, the dishes themselves were not offered, they brought salmon on a bruschetta, so water could be squeezed out of the fish, terrible in quality and absolutely tasteless. They took beef medallions with mashed potatoes, brought a warm dish (not hot), watery potatoes right with the liquid in the mashed potatoes plus lumps. I asked to redo it or at least warm it up (they warmed it up).
