An employee of the department asked to send a photo of the warranty card and a photo of the cartridge and concluded from the photo that this was a mechanical damage and it was done during unpacking or installation. During the 4 days of correspondence with the department, we were not even asked to pick up the goods for inspection! This is just a DECEPTION of buyers! I strongly recommend that you DO NOT BUY goods in this store, or unpack, carefully inspect and check the goods in the presence of a courier with mandatory fixation on video.

Firstly, there were problems with the ryzen 5 7500f processor, I repeat, I clarified about the availability and price on Saturday and Sunday (02.12-03.12), but it turned out that on Monday (04.12) the manager called me and how unexpected! The processor that you ordered was defective and the last one, the manager offered me 3 options: an additional payment of 30 rubles and they will bring the same processor, refusal or replace it with another similar one (you understand the stupid option, because to change all components to another socket or pay extra for the same socket but a different percentage of 100 + rubles, it turned out to be a choice without a choice), to which he agreed in the evening with an additional fee of 30 rubles, because even so it turned out to be cheaper than any other store.
They promised that on Wednesday (06.12) they would notify about the delivery, I waited for the end of the working day, no message, to which I called and already indignantly expressed a claim, they promised that Wednesday evening (during the call the time was 18-19:00) or Thursday morning (07.12) they would inform. They informed me at 21:23 via SMS that they would arrive from 11-15, which is not convenient for me as much as possible, I had to somehow persuade my superiors so that at this time I could leave and receive the courier.
Now about the problems of delivery, delivery is paid to regional cities and third-party organizations deal with it, delivery arrived at the specified time, the courier is adequate, but even here it is not without jambs, the goods cannot be opened before payment, it is forbidden from the words of the courier (Scolded) and we took delivery on the street (subzero temperature, snow, of course, check everything was not possible), which greatly spoils the impression and promise of the managers. As a result, I paid, brought it home, and of course they brought me a motherboard of a completely unnecessary revision (I REPEAT, I WARNED), which I was very angry about and immediately informed the managers, the algo technical department was sent.
Already in the technical department, a complete clowning began, they clarified with me whether I used the mat board or inserted a percentage into it, to which I gave the answer no and the fact that 30 minutes ago I just received the order, the courier left accordingly when he paid for everything and took it home. I described the whole situation and threw off all the necessary data about the mat. the payment, the order and the warranty card in Viber algo, were told to wait for a response on Friday (08.12), by the way, delivery was on Thursday (07.12).
The next day (08.12), I clarified that I was not refusing the order, I simply agreed to replace the motherboard with the necessary revision, to the fact that I received an answer that they were still listening to conversations with managers and after that they would give an answer. I clarified about the warranty, no, it is not extended even if you do not use the components that you purchased, even through the fault of the store. It's funny, the components are idle while my motherboard is waiting for an answer.
But even here, they promised an answer on Friday (08.12), there is no answer, completely ignore, tell me that you did not have time to solve the question, you do not need to, if you want to know what to do with your question, decide for yourself and look for answers yourself.
I am writing a review on Saturday (09.12 17+), I clarified the working hours of the service center, how unexpectedly they work from 9 to 19, Mon-Fri, as you understand, even the weekend components cost. Why the service center's working hours were not written anywhere on the site, why they are not notified that they do not have time to solve the issue, why they promise gold and give copper is not clear.
If the situation is resolved, I will add a review, I do not advise buying here, I also cannot check the components, because I cannot use the motherboard until they decide whether I will buy more here, most likely not, although there were plans to purchase a monitor and a video card here, because of the normal price, but provided that it will be It's okay. As a result, on all points, a minus, a problem car, one plus a low price, but was it worth it?
