I gave the DSLR for diagnosis. I waited a week and a half to find out that she hadn't even been watched yet (the dates were marked as "3-5 days). She took it. The employees did not seem to have heard about the interaction with the client, at least some dialogue had to be pulled out, they respond casually, "through the lip." As a result, the Guarantor Service was unable to provide either guarantees or service. I do not recommend it.
