For many years of working with car shops, this is the worst store:
1) during the processing of my order, no one ever called back, did NOT specify the details of the recipient, did NOT specify whether it was available. Is everything suitable?
Now it's NOT a problem to call back and clarify the order with the buyer.
2) A bad payment system, Does it not indicate anywhere that the payment to the PrivatBank card was made from you? For some reason, it is when replenishing This card. The PrivatBank system did not ask this store to specify the customer's number and the order number for which 100% prepayment is made. (as if they had agreed with PrivatBank). In all other deposits, PrivatBank ALWAYS requests the purpose of replenishment.
3) Only 100% prepayment is required, and only then they start working. In others, first part of the prepayment, when the order was received by the company, then the remainder.
4) When filling in your data, specify the address and type of delivery. BUT THIS store sends orders to the service that it likes, this is NOT correct. The customer buys the product from the store. and the buyer pays for the delivery, so the buyer CHOOSES this service.
If the store INDEPENDENTLY, without the buyer's knowledge, sends the order to the wrong service that the buyer specified. let him pay for the delivery himself.
You need to find 30 seconds of time and communicate with the buyer.
