A delivery was ordered that I never received. Although I even called back to the call center to clarify the time interval. And they don't care that the order was made from the children's menu.
We went in because this is the only place in the vicinity where there are soups. They brought a cold hodgepodge)) I didn't say anything to the waiter, because I was very hungry and there was no time to figure it out. The next day we came and took the pasta with us, it's just the worst pasta I've tried. Overcooked, undersalted (or rather, there was no salt at all), just a tasteless paste. The only thing that saved her was a couple of grams of delicious parmesan. As I understand it, they are only good at pizza. As for the service: one waiter for the whole room, I have never seen this anywhere. They wanted to pay off quickly and leave. I had to literally look for a waiter, there was no one from the staff in the hall for 10 minutes)).

When I came to pick up the order, the waiter and the courier, apparently, were counting money at the cash register, not paying attention to people, like the girls who worked at the bar. I had to stand for 5-7 minutes just to pay for the pizza, considering that there were no people in front of me. The pizza is terrible. The dough is the thinnest, like pita bread, a drop of sauce, somehow smeared on it with bald spots, the cheese does not feel at all. The Hawaiian was rumpled, with an incomprehensible test on the side. The taste also leaves much to be desired. The situation was slightly improved by an additional portion of ham, so that at least some ingredients were available. The pizza has ham and mushrooms in the most terrible sauce. Sour, as if stale. They didn't even eat it, it immediately flew into the trash. They also asked not to cut the pizza, as it is usually done crookedly, but it was cut, which is another minus. Please learn from good pizzerias, like Dominos, when a customer points something out in a comment. Moreover, the girl from the call center told me that my comment would be taken into account. But no. From now on, we will not order from you, the impression is completely ruined, just waste money instead of a delicious dinner.
My review specifically concerns a cafe in Green City. Everything was good and wonderful. The basis was high-quality customer service until 01.10.2021. any employee had and has the opportunity, strength and desire to take an order, except Vlad (very thin build, parted in the middle), regulating this by the fact that he is not a waiter. He just sent us with a sour, not friendly face into the hall and that's it. We wait... We ask how is our order?- Oh, so you should do it at the waiter's... In general, I consider it necessary to conduct an extraordinary certification for compliance with the position.
The garages are quite cozy, friendly and calm. But....
We were in the establishment with a large company, we liked everything! The service is quite fast, the menu is varied and everything is very tasty, the prices are normal. Attentive and helpful waiter Pavel!

I made an order at this institution, took it away, as a result, the order was not complete, I noticed it already at home, I had to return. I waited on the spot for another 10 minutes until the rest of the order was ready. As a result, I spent an hour on everything. I didn't get any apologies or anything like that. It's a pity there is no score of 0.
We had lunch with my wife here. Very friendly and courteous staff, not a bad menu. The place is suitable for both company and lunch / dinner together. Many thanks to the waiter Pavel Grinkevich for the attentive, fast and simply excellent service!
