I recently visited the wonderful restaurant "Garage Food & Coffee" and was absolutely delighted! The atmosphere here is incredibly cozy and relaxing. The interior is thought out to the smallest detail, which creates a feeling of a comfortable space for meetings with friends or work.

We would like to express special gratitude to our waiter Arthur, who came up all evening, asked if we liked everything, suggested which dishes were better to take, fulfilled all our requests, and also set a cheerful mood with his jokes and communication! in general, we were satisfied. The only negative was that it was stuffy, because we were sitting in the center of the hall.

There are two levels, a mini-cafe on the 1st floor, and a fairly large room with tables on the 2nd floor. There is a toilet on the second level. They work until 2:00 a.m.

I love the Garage chain of establishments. It's not about haute cuisine or delicacies, of course, but the food is delicious.

Yes, there is a lack of cleanliness and service, but I generally like their atmosphere.

We traditionally celebrate family holidays here! This is already a family tradition, children are always waiting for an evening in the Garage! Thank you. But I will say but! The coffee machine was not working, they said that there would be no coffee or cappuccino, but many of us wanted cappuccino. The order was made for about 400 byn, I asked if I could buy a cappuccino for the ladies at another place and bring it to the table, and they refused me. I already made an order from you, you can't provide coffee, so why is it forbidden to bring it from outside? Although this is no longer convenient for me, as a consumer, and moreover, a regular customer. Next time, on principle, in a similar case, we will choose another institution for regular family celebrations.

Since the cafe doesn't have a sink to the toilets, I had to wait in line at the toilet just to wash my hands. While waiting for my turn, I witnessed one of the waiters swearing with words unpleasant for the place of eating, which at the very beginning spoiled the impression of the institution. But our "adventures" didn't end there.
They tried to cheat with a martini. They ordered a martini with juice, brought juice and ice, after which they assured me that there was already a martini in the juice, offered to watch the cameras, and eventually admitted their mistake, but rather rudely.
As the icing on the cake, they said that the cashier was not working, so they brought the bill on the phone screen, after which they tried to cheat with the change, thinking that we had forgotten what cash was?
One star for delicious dishes.
This is the first time that so many unpleasant moments have come together at once. It is especially sad that all these actions of the employees are at odds with the principles of the operation of their cafe network, which were printed large on the wall by the toilet.

Sorry for the lyrics... we really wanted to go to Minsk, to visit Belarus. We went by car from Moscow, of course, we were tired and hungry on the road. Honestly, we didn't have the energy to change clothes, but we weren't driving in a KAMAZ, but in a passenger car, so we didn't stink of diesel fuel, we weren't smeared with fuel oil. 😁
The clothing format for trips was quite ordinary, sweatpants, sneakers, hoodie and windbreaker. But I was wearing oversized jeans because the bandages only fit under them. 🤷🏻♀️
In general, we were very ... tired from the journey, but in clean clothes, and sober, in every possible sense.
We went up to the second floor, there were 4 empty tables, in different places, without reservation signs.
But the waiters refused us, they said there were no places ... unfortunately, not in the most polite way…
So we couldn't taste the dishes. I do not know why we did not fit the dress code. Either because I was limping, or our faces were very tired.
But it was very unpleasant that the first acquaintance with Minsk was connected with this institution.
You know, on the other hand, I am very glad that this place was the only disappointment in the Republic.
I recommend Belarus for travel, with all hands and feet!
But there is no Visiting garage. …
By the way, but the Cornflowers have improved their position, it's just magical there, the queues are worth it!
P.S. in my opinion, even Cuba and Thailand, with their "miracle services", are quietly snuffling on the sidelines....

It all started with the fact that my child and I wanted to sit on the terrace on a summer day, but the waiter said that we could only stay on the 2nd floor and they would not lower the high chair.
The chocolate dessert had a strange smell, they probably don't know what a commodity neighborhood is.
They took a cutlet with mashed potatoes to the child from the children 's menu , so they over - salted the cutlet !!!!
This was our 2nd trip to this institution and it will be an extreme one.

Great place! In the very center, on Nemiga, there is a cozy modern interior and, most importantly, excellent cuisine. Pancakes, omelets, brioche with salmon, creamy croissants, author's coffee - and this is just what we tried. Pleasant service and family breakfasts. I definitely recommend it.👍
