There are no complaints about the staff. A young, very pretty waitress made my stay in the restaurant as comfortable as possible, the cappuccino served to me before lunch deserves 9 points out of 10 possible, but I did not have the best opinion about the kitchen. The dish I ate on the Internet-there is no menu, I don't remember the name, it starts with "You" from pancakes, sausages, mushroom sauce and fried eggs. Everything was on the level except for the pancakes. They were raw inside and I got the impression that they were made from frozen pancakes that are sold in hypermarkets. They were only partially defrosted and slightly fried. For a dish with a price of 16.9 rubles, this is profanity and deception of the client. I had to go to a diner to kill this terrible taste of raw draniki.

Waiting for an order for more than 30 minutes with an empty room. Burger gloves weren't even offered. The burger is cold, even the cheese has not melted. Draniki: served as if the dish had been standing for 2 hours. French fries: tasteless, served burnt. It used to be an institution where you can come and be satisfied, but now it's just a disappointment.

В целом вроде и вкусно, и персонал приятный, но есть огромный жирный минус лично для меня. Заказывал себе суп и пасту. Суп принесли еле теплым, из-за сразу подпортилось впечатление, но потом почти сразу же принесли еще и пасту (видимо в таком же состоянии), поэтому когда дошла до нее очередь, мне пришлось есть полностью остывшую пасту(кстати тем, кто не любит жесткую петрушку в блюдах советую просить не класть ее). Мне, как человеку, любящему, когда блюда максимально горячие, было не очень приятно.
Еще смутил вкус безалкогольного напитка (вроде мохито), который заказывала моя девушка, он получился горьковато-разбавленным. Может, такой он и должен быть, но лично по-своему мнению я считаю, что так быть не должно)
Сходить и провести время можно, не пожалеете, но особых надежд на нечто невероятное строить не советую

The first time I visited the place, I thought it seemed to me that the service was slow and poor. I came in a second time.
There were 20 minutes for a quick breakfast. I said that I wanted to order right away — the waiter, instead of helping with the menu, stood and said, then you will call. I stopped because I was in a hurry, ordered cheesecakes with sour cream and Americano and asked to bring everything as soon as it was ready. When after 15 minutes they didn't even bring me an Americano, and the next table, which came later, was served at the bar, I asked to cancel the coffee. To which I was informed that everything was ready. I didn't take the coffee out of the receipt. And after a couple of minutes, I heard the sound of the coffee machine working, and then the order was brought. Coffee without foam on top, as if it stood and boiled water was added🥲 it tastes the same as it looks — no way, I drank literally two sips.
There are several people at tables in the hall and three waiters with their backs to them. I recommend that the owners of the establishment control the quality of service, which spoils the whole impression of the food.

As for the food, it does not correspond to what is stated on the menu. They cook for a very long time and are not cheap at all. I do not recommend it.

Хороший, ресторан, цены выше среднего, кальян вкусный, блюда тоже вкусные, интерьер красивый, есть веранда где можно купить кальян. Удобное расположение в центре. Рекомендую к посещению.

The table we liked by the fire was filled with dirty dishes and the waitress was trying to seat us at a table in the corner. They politely asked for this table with dirty dishes. I really didn't want to clean up the waiter. Is it customary in this establishment to leave the tables dirty until the next day?
Okay They sat down. We were told to call when we choose. Fine.
We entered the digital menu. Not on the first try, because there was something else to click before you were redirected to the right page, but it didn't load as it should. It's not a big deal. We read and choose.
Another waitress approaches: "Have you chosen?". No, we didn't call anyone, as we were told.
Suddenly, a paper menu is brought (by the way, crumpled), although we did not ask for it. Okay, thanks? Except this menu fell apart in our hands - there were open staples. The pages fell out, I had to sit and put them back together.
In the end, we decided to just get up and leave without ordering anything. My companion usually does not notice such things, but here even he tensed up from how much we were, roughly speaking, not welcome here.
It also didn't work out right away. I had to wait until the stairs were moved away from the doors - it was at this moment in the middle of the evening that decorations were hung over the entrance.
So that the evening would not be irretrievably ruined, we went to another cafe and had a very cool time there. And we won't even think about going into the Garage anymore, we'll also talk our friends out of it.

The kitchen in my opinion is very good, the location is also in the very center of the city. The interior is great. But the whole picture is spoiled by the waiters, the service is simply disgusting. I sat for 20 minutes with an almost empty establishment, a waiter girl came up, asked if I had chosen something, and they didn't even bring me a menu. To which she said that I would cancel the paper one, but there is only an electronic one, then for some time I tried unsuccessfully to scan the barcode, nothing happened and they brought me a paper menu. This was repeated for 2 days in a row.

The food is generally so-so. We did not enjoy spending time in this place.
I didn't make a scandal just because my eldest son was with me.
This is one of the worst service cafes. I do not recommend it.

Всегда всё было отлично, до недавнего случая. Посетили заведение и попали на акцию 2 пасты по цене 1. При заказе, ничего дополнительного к пасте не заказывали, так же заказали капучино и матча латте. Девушка сообщила, что на матчу нет кокосового молока, договорились о том, что его заменят на обычное коровье. Когда принесли пасту очень удивило, что тарелка горячее самого блюда, но ладно. Когда мы получили счет, то немного удивились, что у нам дополнительно пробит сыр 2 порции, хотя изначально не было даже разговора о нем. Так же в заказ было выбито дополнительно две порции молока. То есть получилось, что мы заплатили за матчу латте с кокосовым молоком ( которого там нет) и еще за обычное .
Никогда с подобными ситуациями в вашем заведении не сталкивались и обслуживание было хорошим. Но последний поход будет в памяти надолго.

I was in a cafe in the summer. Everything was fine: both the waiter and the dishes.
Now we have signed up for a Gastrofest and after this visit, I will no longer go myself, nor will I advise my friends. 1. The set was cold (I would like to see the chef, the owner of the cafe, who would have eaten cold.), 2. The rude service started from the threshold (they talked to me like a person who was allowed out of charity.) 3. Dessert was not served immediately and only from the 3rd time it was said that he is preparing.
The mood was completely ruined. Moreover, a guest came to us and we pulled her out. She was also very surprised by this attitude.

We decided to celebrate my mother's birthday, the mood on this wonderful holiday was completely ruined…
It's very cold outside, it's pouring down a heavy downpour, the doors to the institution are open (as far as I understand one door was broken, and the second one was opened for some reason)
They showed us our table right in front of this broken door!! A table for 4, although I immediately warned on the phone that there would be 5 of us!
I asked them to transfer us to another table, to which they told me that all the others were booked.
I clarify the point, they did not tell us on the phone which table we would be seated at and I do not see a problem in changing the reservations, since such a situation has developed (at the time of our arrival there were a lot of empty tables with reservation signs)
As a result, the girl offered a table on the cold veranda, where people were sitting in jackets.
We came with a small child who started crying and saying that he was cold and did not want to sit in a jacket.
We were also offered a table for 4 and no one even thought to bring the 5th chair until I came up and asked.
I'm already silent about the fact that we were with a bouquet of flowers and no one guessed to offer a vase for flowers either)
As a result, once again, no one reacted to the request to transfer us to a warm hall.
We called a taxi and stood waiting for him at the entrance, no one asked why we were leaving!
Friends, I understand that you are hosting a food festival and during this period of time you have a big load!
But no one ever cancels the fact of customer orientation.
I think this attitude is absolutely inappropriate, it is a pity that the holiday was ruined because of your institution and staff.

Спасибо данному заведению за такой шикарный вечер. Сервис пушка,все такие улыбчивые,вежливые,прислушиваются к твоим пожеланиям. Еда вкусная, пицца Цезарь с сырным бортиком запала в душу, все остальное тоже очень понравилась, и что-то даже заказали с собой. Обязательно сюда вернёмся!

The waiter forgot about one portion of ribs + they were very salty, the pizza was generally one dough, coffee was brought in a glass of water)))for several hours while we were there, the waiter never took the dirty dishes herself, let alone wiped the table. At the next table, the waitress generally dropped a kettle with boiling water (I do not argue - it happens), but after dropping the appliances 2 times, it's worth thinking about. The service is weak . Of the advantages, I can only note that the order was brought within 30-40 minutes, otherwise there are only disadvantages.We often go to the garage cafe in Minsk, everything is always fine, but this is some kind of horror.
