We have been waiting for an order for a very long time (more than an hour for a set of snacks, borscht and pancakes is too much). The staff did not warn about a big emergency in the kitchen before ordering (the cafe was filled with visitors by 10-15%), how could I guess about a large number of takeaway orders and deliveries. The mood is spoiled. The food is delicious - this is the only thing for which you can praise. I will not visit this institution anymore.
