Awesome! The best place to relax. No fuss, everything is at hand, helpful neighbors. The mother-in-law's cottage is nervously smoking on the sidelines.

There is a problem with the toilet and water in winter, sagging voltage and only a single-phase network. But such problems exist in all cooperatives of this kind, where I rented a garage.
