At retail with delivery of 5 rubles in 3 hours it was possible to get the Patron PBP270 - about 40 rubles, the rear Patron PBP271 - also about 40 rubles. I want to write my experience of contacting the Garage service station (they are also the Artemotors service station) located at Petrus Brovki 12 building 4. I bought a car, drove the suspension to the service station (not for this). They wrote a list of what needed to be replaced (the list included, among other things, repair of the steering rack, replacement of the front left upper and lower levers). Because the repair of the steering rack seemed too expensive to me, I decided to call and ask for the price of other stations. The Garage service station turned out to be the most adequate price and a positive impression was formed by communication. I went to them. They also diagnosed the entire suspension, wrote that it needed to be replaced, the prices of spare parts and the cost of repairs.
1) The first thing that confused me was that the prices were written without the names of the manufacturers of spare parts (there is no clear understanding of which parts, which manufacturer will be supplied. And it is difficult to compare the expensive cost of spare parts or not, if you do not know which manufacturer will be ordered). But they said I could bring my spare parts.
2) The second thing that confused me was that the front left upper lever was not among the replacement parts in the list. I clarified: if he's not on the list, does that mean he's okay? I was told that yes. I believed it. And I drove away from them, having previously agreed on Monday (I arrived on Friday) for the restoration of the rail, replacement of the lower lever and other other spare parts that I myself cannot change. Having ordered everything necessary on Friday, I went on Saturday to change what I can (oils, filters, discs, pads, etc.). During the replacement of the disc and pads on the front right side, I noticed that the dust cover on the upper lever was badly worn and torn from all sides (I photographed it all). Arriving at Mon in the morning, having brought the car and spare parts, I decided to ask about the upper lever, why it was not sentenced to be replaced if it was in such a condition (and showed a photo). They called the person who did the diagnosis - the person said that he had sentenced the upper lever, not the lower one. And the person who recorded everything says that he heard about the replacement of the lower lever (and recorded it). As a result, we agreed that we still need to change the upper lever (the lower one is not necessary). Although I already bought the lower one and brought it (I had to call the store where I ordered spare parts and take the lower lever back). 3) The third thing that I did not like was that having painted a list of what needs to be done, they did not write that they would need to do a convergence / collapse of the convergence (they wrote on the first one hundred). Because of this, there is no way to plan your budget if you don't know everything you will need to do. And I got the impression that they wouldn't have told me about the descent / collapse if I hadn't asked myself (if I didn't understand cars at all, then maybe I would have gone without a descent / collapse).
4) I found the fourth joint after I arrived home. I opened the hood to check the oil level in the steering rack barrel and found that my entire engine compartment was filled with oil for the steering rack. Oil was everywhere: on the engine (it started to smell in the cabin when the engine warmed up and the oil began to evaporate), the TV, the air filter cover, etc. (All these parts are located in different parts of the engine compartment, and the steering rack liquid tank is at the top left near the windshield if you face the hood). I took a photo, dropped it to show them, with the question “What is it”?. To which they replied, yes, that's how we poured oil on you. You can come, we will wash the engine from above, and from below and in other places to wash it, I need to go to some car wash.
Of course, there is a positive point: when I picked up the car and they announced the price for everything, the price differed from the one I counted (it was more than 10p). I started to recalculate, they just made the price 10p less for me. As a result, I counted everything incorrectly and said that I was mistaken and ready to pay the price that they announced at the beginning, but they told me that let it be the price that I counted at the beginning (which is 10p less).
5) The fifth thing is that it is not entirely clear to me where the prices for the work come from. They have the same prices on the site, but they sound completely different (some on the site are more than those voiced to me. Some are smaller). If suddenly one of the HUNDRED decides to write that something of what I wrote was wrong, then for this case, all the jambs are filmed and the conversations are recorded.
Of course, I will not apply to this one HUNDRED percent anymore and I will not advise anyone of my friends. And for everyone else to apply or not, it's not up to me to decide. But I think my experience will help many others make their choice.
