The hotel is still the most convenient in the lagoon if you are skiing. Not the best, but not the worst either. It has been stable for the last 20 years, regardless of the season, the influx or absence of tourists. The food is very tolerable. The condition is maintained and cleaned. It's fine for your money.
At the same time, the neighboring Panda has completely degraded- it is inhabited by Egyptians and is falling apart before our eyes, the cafe was closed, the windsurfing station was closed, there was no service before, but now there is nothing to mention, even coffee/tea at breakfast is being squeezed..

A good hotel, decent for its price, rooms that overlook the pool, clean, bright, good breakfast and dinner. There were problems with the bathroom drain and the wifi was weak. A large well-groomed territory, a bar on the beach, right on the territory of the windserf station five squares, if you ride there, it is very convenient.
The buildings that overlook the sea or the courtyard on the ground floors have a very small window, it is impossible to ventilate the room, poor ventilation.

A normal hotel, but not cheap. The beach cafe has a good pizza, and in general the food is quite decent, the cost is average. The beach is clean, sandy, and the entrance to the water is convenient. The Windserf Vetratoria station and 5 squares are a two-minute walk away.

Yes, the room stock is a little worn out, but there are two surf stations on the territory of the hotel, the territory itself is green and well-groomed, there are few people in the hotel, the beach is clean and large. And most importantly, the hotel staff are sincere and helpful people!
