I used to buy only here, however, online, decided to go to the store for the first time, it would be better not to do this, the consultant was terrible, greeted in silence, asked about the charger for dualsense, the consultant's face as if I had stolen something from him, the most unpleasant person, the request to pay with a card was refused, No terminal, 21st century, hello tax. As a result, I never bought it, I never set foot in this store again.

One of the favorite PS game stores. Most often, reasonable prices are available here, as well as discounted discs. Polite sellers and an additional discount on the client's card. Convenient location near the metro. There is parking, and you can also park across the street at the Dana Mall. One minus for the guys: there is still no card payment. I hope it will appear sometime :) I didn't use home delivery, but the price is reasonable, it doesn't bite.

I highly do not recommend this store because of the negligent attitude to warranty obligations. I bought a Mi 2k gaming monitor 27’, a few days later a defect was revealed, namely a strong flicker. Before contacting, the monitor was checked by me with 3 different computers in 3 different places in order to eliminate the possibility of interference due to unstable voltage and possible problems with the computer. I brought the monitor to transfer it to the service center for confirmation of the defect and further repair /replacement / refund. The seller said that they do not have a service center in the Republic of Belarus and the monitor will be sent for examination to the supplier in Poland, where the check will take from 3 to 5 weeks. The transfer act was not drawn up, all my claims and contact details were written in pencil on a piece of paper. As a result, the same seller to whom I left the monitor called me back a week later and said that the monitor could be taken away and that the examination of the fact of the marriage had not revealed. I also did not see the document on the examination. I decided to dig into the monitor parameters upon arrival home, but they turned out to be the same as before the transfer to the SC. I don't know how he was tested. I'm sitting with a defective monitor and a useless warranty.

Great job. The guys have great knowledge in their field. I took both ps5 and oculus here and took games at my modest 3% discount. Although I left more than one thousand here. The only thing upsetting is that there is no discount system for equipment. I'm thinking about a Nintendo switch, but if the guys don't make a discount as a regular customer, I'll take it from others :D
It's actually a good store. I've never used delivery, I can't say. But they are a little far away, but for me this is a plus. There is a feeling that you are going for cool emotions far away. Even the shopping center is called Happiness.
In general, the guys are great, I hope they will come up with a discount system for regular customers. I would really like to.
P.S. They also give good guarantees of 1 year, they never needed it, but suddenly it matters to whom.

I do not advise you to repair the gamepad, instead of replacing part of the mechanism of the right stick, they put a Chinese one, which is square. If I knew, I'd rather do it myself.
I supplement the review, disassembled the gamepad, eventually replaced the motherboard and soldered the wires, which is visible even by color, disgusting. The service is in Belarusian.

We sent a used gamepad for the price of a new one.
I ordered an xbox series gamepad on June 16-17 (I don't remember exactly). After ordering, they called me to confirm the order, but added that they only have boxes in stock with a gamepad + whistle for connecting to a PC, so they will unpack the box in order to pick up this whistle and send me the gamepad without it. I didn't think much of it and agreed. I used it for half a year before the end of the warranty from the store, after which I began to drift the stick more and more every day. Since the warranty ended, which for some reason they only had for half a year, which was not written on the website and on the receipt, but everywhere for a year, I went to the local repair of gamepads in Brest, where the master disassembled it for me and saw exactly the traces of soldering on the broken stick, from which it can be understood that the gamepad was a bushy one was sold to me under the guise of a new one, and the story with the box is nothing more than a fiction to send me the gamepad already unpacked.
