The beer selection is large and good quality. Even though the prices are high, the atmosphere, design and decor make it a five star restaurant in Minsk. Note: I only ate a salad and not a main dish.

Gambrinus - love forever! It resembles pubs in the Czech Republic. The beer range is gorgeous, very tasty to choose from for men and ladies. Snacks, cuisine, service, the atmosphere of privacy - everything is just great! This is despite the fact that we had a company of 15 people. Everyone was placed as comfortably as possible, quickly serviced. After walking around Minsk and visiting a bunch of restaurants, every evening, according to one opinion, we went here.

A gorgeous atmospheric place in the most beautiful area of Minsk. The summer porch is beautiful! Excellent service, a large selection of dishes. Personally, I came here (advised) for the witches, how delicious it is!!! I definitely recommend it. And how nice it was to receive a compliment on my birthday. Indeed, the N1 brewery in Minsk. The dark is no worse than in the Czech Republic, and the husband was satisfied with the light. Excellent service and delicious food. Everything we took: tartare, beef carpaccio, cheeks (melted in the mouth), knuckle (for at least three people), fried camembert - everything was delicious without exception! We will definitely come back! We recommend it.
P.S. Beer can be taken away with a 20% discount (1-1.5 liters).

Great! Delicious food, a large selection of beer, Petrus Bordeaux on taps... One of the favorite places to have dinner with a company in Minsk! Please adjust the service only slightly. So that the guys are a little less boiled and can at least give some meaningful recommendations on food and beer. And it will be absolutely fine.

As for me, this is the best place on Freedom Square in Minsk. Everything is top notch, the staff is very pleasant and helpful, the food is always top notch, and there is a large selection of drinks and beer. No matter how many times I went there, everything was always great. Even sports broadcasts that are on the screens do not interfere with live communication at the table.

There are practically no other varieties. The port snack is excellent. Bavarian slicing is universal, even for strong, even for beer. The waitress did a great job - she caught up on the street and returned the dropped glove.

I definitely recommend it. We were in the summer. Cool veranda, helpful and friendly staff. The beer selection is great, I recommend the Petrus line. The food is decent, everything is cooked in the best traditions of Belarus. The decoration inside the bar is modern and noble. I delivered a TV inside the women's toilet :-)
Even if you don't like beer, come and see how the museum is. Yes, cherry tincture is beyond praise.

We visited this institution on July 7, 2024.The interior corresponds to the beer theme by 100%.There are several halls inside, the furniture is quite comfortable.The menu is interesting, there is a national cuisine.A huge selection of beer for every taste of good quality. There are also tinctures with different flavors on the menu, cumin has an unusual taste, but this is for an amateur.We ordered pork ears in spicy sauce, fish finger, main dishes dranburger, Irish standing for an appetizer.The dishes are cooked perfectly, everything is very tasty.Good service.I recommend you to visit.

We had dinner at this place on 09/28/24. As for the kitchen, there are no questions. Satisfying, delicious. The interior is also not bad, the only drawback is it's a little cramped.
Now why is it BAD:
I strongly recommend that everyone who wants to visit this institution do not relax and carefully check the bill brought by the waiter when calculating, check it line by line! It seems to be a well-known rule, but after a busy tourist day, relaxing from food and alcohol, as well as being impressed by the cleanliness and order (at least externally) in Belarus, I did not check the bill. Alas and Ah! The waiter Maxim Si-ying managed to include dishes and drinks in it (more expensive of course), which we did not order. Of course, I won't go broke from this deception, but it's annoying... Once again, you are convinced that people are the same everywhere and you need to keep your ears sharp everywhere. Hence, such an assessment is BAD. Cheating and deceiving visitors is BAD.
P.S. The restaurant administration - do not be ashamed, do not include thermal boxes for food that the visitor takes with him, on the bill.

I very rarely write reviews, but I just don't have the energy! How disappointed I am with this place. I didn't think that I would feel SO bad anywhere in Minsk. It can be seen that the establishment is designed for a stream, and therefore attention to an individual guest is minimal. Waiter... It seemed to us that someone had died, and he was working through his strength. Such a sour face and indifference to the client. The ears were served in a jar (appetizer). They're just ROTTEN! They opened the jar, and the smell of rotten meat began. The waiter didn't even apologize. He brought another jar and offered to take a sniff.
All the dishes except beer were NOT delicious. They just stuffed their bellies.
The waiter next to us broke a glass. I just kicked the pieces under the next table and walked on. My aunt came and waved a broom in the aisle with the same look of commemoration on her face (and the waiter threw the pieces under the table!). I couldn't stand it and began to suggest that the chairs should be pushed back and the glass swept out from under the table.
As a result, the bill is more than 200 rubles. And to top it off, they brought it in a box, if I may say so. This is just the cherry on the cake of the service of this disgusting institution!

We came to this bar, and we were very upset. Reality did not match expectations: in the form of ratings in such applications and on maps. The prices are higher, the choice is limited.
1) Half of the beer from the bar card is not available.
2) The football was turned on without sound, and even after the request, it wasn't turned on either. Although I would like to point out that we were sitting alone in the hall.
3) The staff is disgusting. We accidentally knocked the cutlery off the table (they were in the mug). No one picked it up, removed it, or REPLACED IT. Although we also warned about this. We put everything back ourselves and were told twice to put it away.
In general, if you want to eat horse-priced food with dirty appliances in complete silence, then this is the place for you.

This is my first time in Minsk, but there are few places in the world where you can find such a low quality of service. The draniki waited for at least 50 minutes. In the pancakes with brisket and mushrooms, the brisket turned out to be 20 grams, and the mushrooms 30 grams. Everything else is the draniki themselves and the sauce. Complete disappointment. I don't recommend this place to anyone. I'm not inclined to leave bad reviews, but the guys here deserve it 100%. It's not hard to guess where they got 5 points from. An extremely unpleasant experience happened ... you expect at least an understanding and a desire from the restaurant administrator to solve the problem in the right customer-oriented way when faced with a product that is not quite of high quality . And it turns out that when you enter an institution in the city center , hoping for cordiality and service , you leave as if a tub had been poured on you. Apparently , there is not enough understanding , professionalism and ethics to solve the "guest -service" issue with dignity.
We did not expect marble veal in this establishment, but it had to yield to the knife. And the administration deserves special attention: the girl was so harsh that it seemed she was fired from places not so remote. All this definitely allowed us to draw one single conclusion: the place is not about food, not about hospitality and not about service. The place is quite small and obviously not for this location in our beautiful city of M.
