I liked the hotel. The hosts are very hospitable, they will help with any question. The wine, the food to choose from is very tasty. The area is residential. The view from the terrace is incredibly beautiful. The room is clean. The photo and description match. For a comfortable stay, everything is as at home. To the bus stop 5 minutes, to the center by bus 35-50 minutes, by taxi 20 minutes. The prices are affordable. There is still a desire to come back again.

Nice hotel, hospitable host. The rooms are comfortable and clean. On the third floor there is a kitchen, a spacious dining area and a balcony with a beautiful view of the city, where you can relax and eat.

A great place to stay! The hospitable hosts treated us to homemade wine. An hour and a half walk to the center. The rooms are minimalistic, but there is a bed, wardrobe, air conditioning, private shower and toilet. The price is pleasant

A private hotel with a view of Tbilisi from above, on the third floor there is a veranda where it is nice to sit admiring the view, in winter a real fireplace is lit on the veranda. The host treats his wine and tea, you can order dinner. Cons: the area is not a tourist area, it's a bit far from the center, there are almost no cafes/restaurants in the area, it's hard to climb the mountain to the hotel on foot.

We stayed there . My wife and I liked it. There is a shower , toilet , air conditioning , TV. The room is spacious, the ceilings do not put pressure on your head😁 The host is hospitable👍🤗 The kitchen is excellent : breakfast , lunch , dinner , I will not describe the menu, as it is excellent for me. The owner makes his own wine , eh , I never managed to taste it. Well , never mind , we 'll come again😃

We stayed there on business in December 2019. We really liked everything here. Especially the owners. They are very good-natured and hospitable. I advise everyone, you will not regret it! Accommodation is inexpensive, meals were paid separately. Everything was very tasty and the portions were large. Many thanks to the owner. They treated us to wine and sweets. We remember them with gratitude.

A great family hotel. Lovely hosts. Incredible view from the balcony. The rooms are clean, the furniture is good, there is always hot water. But if you are going to Tbilisi to hang out, then you need to constantly go to the center, and the hotel is located quite far from the center (if on its own): it takes a long time to go by metro, it is expensive by taxi. Although it is a very budget option, but if you add up the costs of transport and housing...

It's a good place! We stayed here while traveling around Tbilisi. The rooms are clean, the towels are huge, the linen is of high quality. The family hotel is a hospitable host. And very welcoming! The upper floor is an excellent observation deck
It is not difficult to get to the city center by bus by public transport.
