In general, not a bad hotel for those who have a long transfer. The airport is nearby, within walking distance of a shop and a food court. The furniture in the hotel is new, a pleasant renovation. There are dishes, drinking water, a courtyard where you can drink tea in the evening, as well as a shared kitchen with a stove. If desired, you can cook the food yourself. Just one comment about the shower room. Please install either a glass door or at least a curtain for the floor. And disposable accessories such as slippers, a dental kit would not hurt.

Отличная квартира, свежий ремонт, есть абсолютно всё необходимое для проживания, встретили, быстро разместили, есть место для авто, если необходимо, есть чай, кофе, сахар, соль, зубочистки, приветственное пиво 🤗 спасибо за всё, рекомендуем! Будем ещё в Армении, обязательно остановимся

Очень рядом с аэропортом. 4 минуты на такси (200 рублей). Ну конечно больше рассматривать на ночёвку перед ранним вылетом. Приветливый хозяин, встретил вечером после пересадки из Милана. Из минусов- шумно, душно, нет занавески в душе.

These are rooms in an industrial zone, near the airport with unfinished repairs in the yard, a shower on the floor near the toilet, without hot water.The rating is clearly screwed up and for the price of 4,500 rubles per day, I do not recommend this accommodation at all
