Excellent super market wide range of goods and products reasonable prices the staff is polite, they work smartly, tidy, clean, very tasty salads and cakes.I recommend it to everyone.

Apparently, it is better to come to the store with your bags, since the seller at the checkout, when requesting a package, showed us the package that was hanging at the other end of the hall, suggesting that we run after it... well, we did not understand why at this level of the supermarket, we should go after the package?
As a result, we were sold an expensive craft package (we thought that this was an elite store and there were no others here) and only after payment and a receipt was issued, the cashier takes out an ordinary T-shirt package from the bins🤡

Galmart, a food store that positions itself as a premium, has opened. The space is really large-scale: 5 thousand square meters, it is clear that it has been implemented on a large scale. Shelf occupancy is average at the moment, there are imported products and manufactured goods that are not present in the product matrix of other chains. The price tag is quite cheerful, for example, a small cheese grater costs about $ 80. The biggest problems with the service are that it is no, indifferent, inept. Ready-made food is packed in ever-opening containers, which still need to be wrapped in stretch film, or at least packed in food bags at the checkout. But no, no one cares, as a result, a mess comes home in a common package. There are rude, ill-mannered employees at the checkout who have no idea about the service. They are slow, unfriendly, blow their noses and hand over checks with dirty hands. As a result, the supermarket does not meet expectations - the staff is not trained in at least the basics of customer service, works on the flow, as in a cheap bazaar. Purchases are not packaged, although, in the first days of opening, this was done, and now there are savings at the expense of customers. There is a complete lack of clear personnel management, and total savings on it, which in the end completely spoils the impression of a beautiful store.
