The rooms are very shabby. The doors close very badly, you need to make an effort. The furniture is old, the bed linen is too, but clean. The bathtub is installed in such a way that when taking a shower, water is poured over the edge of the bathtub, as a result, a mini-pool is formed on the floor.
You need to take all kinds of soap accessories with you. 3 incomprehensible dark vials with an incomprehensible liquid inside. Nothing soaps or foams.
There are enough towels. 2 0.3 bottles of water are delivered daily. If there is even a centimeter of toilet paper left in the paper holder, there will be no report. It is better to remove it in advance.
The pool is not bad. Warm, unlike many other hotels.
The gym is well equipped.

This is the first time we have encountered such a strange diet. Or rather, with his absence.
And that would be all right. But almost all cafes in Nha Trang are still closed. Someone got angry, someone left. For every 20 pre-pandemic food outlets, there is now 1 left. Keep in mind if you are vacationing with children.

The food is very diverse, a huge selection of dishes for every taste. Both European and Asian cuisine. The location of the hotel is very convenient, 5-7 minutes walk from the beach, next to the hotel there is a bus stop, opposite there are shops, pharmacies, currency exchange. Upon arrival, we were given invitations for a one-time visit to the spa at the hotel, located on the 4th floor. We went, we really liked it - mud bath, Chic shower, Jacuzzi, steam rooms, swimming pool, everything is great! You can go for a massage and a range of treatments. Among the disadvantages: the operation of the refrigerator. The temperature in it is not kept low enough, but this may be a good thing, since drinks are obtained chilled in moderation. But the fact that the inside of the cabinet, into which the refrigerator is built, is pretty heated, is annoying.
We will probably put 3 in total, not because it was not comfortable, but because of the cleaning and if you need to change a room without a balcony to a room with a balcony, there is a very large overpayment.
Room cleaning is of course very bad, surprisingly, since the hotel is very good-looking, but the cleaning is lame for the first 7 days, the tables were never wiped, the floors were washed only in the area where we walk, the bed linen is changed once a week, small towels for household needs were stained, I wipe the tables so I almost had to buy them in connection with heavy pollution, but how different is it when the tables are not washed at all.
Things were forgotten in the room when we moved from room to room, so things were not returned like they were not, but they were eventually had to be forgotten about them.
The pool on the 12th floor is very cold.
The pool in the spa is dirty, some kind of crap floated like snot, so they did not use them.
