A normal, not too new hotel. You can close your eyes to a bunch of flaws. Polite staff. Good breakfasts. Beautiful view. There is a gym nearby. Quietly.
The hotel is old, shabby, without repair, but not an emergency one. It is being demolished, but it is still "alive". As we were told, the rooms in it are larger than in similar economy class hotels. The reception is not friendly, the attitude towards the guests is like in a rented apartment - they are the owners, and you have come to live. The bar is closed, but there is a titan with hot water in the lobby with free tea, coffee, sugar, milk. There is a vessel with cold drinking water on the bar. The rooms are cleaned, towels, cleaning supplies are available, there are no bathrobes. The bed is made, but not changed. There are two Russian TV programs broadcast in Germany. The breakfast menu does not change. Eggs, omelets, cottage cheese, desserts. There is no meat, some fish - canned tuna and herring. Cucumbers, tomatoes, olives, canned corn. The sweet menu for coffee and tea is varied.
The hotel is the first line to the sea. The city center is not far away, a 10-minute walk. (just find out right away which way to go, because there is a private sector in the other side, there are not even shops).
The hotel is in a state of decline! There is only one outlet in the rooms. The electric shaver must not be used. Both internal and external balcony valves do not work. The bathroom door may fall off - the bottom is not fixed. The joints are shabby, which has a negative effect. The elevator to the floors on the right breaks down regularly. Periodically, the restaurant is crowded - they feed the youth from buses - huge queues in the morning. The coffee table on the 1st floor is sometimes not cleaned. Milk for coffee, then there is, then there is not. As a result, the feeling is depressing, despite the positive staff
