We ordered a READY - MADE ONE ! the monument in December 2023. It remained to make a tombstone and decoration for it. They promised to install it on a first-come, first-served basis in June, at least until mid-July. August ends - there is no monument ! No phone call, no explanation, no apology. Employees are on vacation at the height of the season. Autumn begins! The monument should be installed in the northern cemetery, where the ground is solid clay. It cannot be called anything else but bullying of customers !!!!! And it doesn 't matter how culturally the director talks! We need facts on the fulfillment of our obligations, not empty promises and sweet speeches!

We ordered a monument here. The store director is pleasant, sociable and non-confrontational. There were nuances on the monument, but everything was resolved through negotiations.
