The rooms are clean. The setting is modern. The first day was settled in a well-cleaned room. Everything is fine, the heat is good, although the water in the shower flowed the color of chocolate for a long time, but this is not a problem, apparently people do not live there so often, only when rocket launches occur. The next day, I had to stay in the city for another night for work. I returned to the hotel, checked into the room, went in and there was one pillow on the bed and no blanket, called the reception, they said they would bring it now. A girl came and said, who settled you here? Like the room hasn't really been cleaned yet..... And this is for 12,000 rubles.... Hilton is resting!!! This is a staff problem! Everyone should visit this city and see the cosmodrome!!! That's cool!!!

We stayed at the hotel from November 21 to 22, in the city of Baikonur this is the best and most importantly modern option for living. We stayed in the standard room, the room has everything you need: tea/coffee, kettle, drinking water, safe, refrigerator, bathroom accessories, smart TV, wi-fi, desk for the work area. The hotel also has a small gym, a library. But there was no opportunity to have breakfast at the hotel. Very polite and friendly staff, I would like to express special gratitude to Aigerim, who helped us organize an excursion to the International space school. In my opinion, the hotel is not budget, the cost of a standard room is 6000rubles, but if you check in together, then there will be a surcharge of 2000rubles for the second person, in total the room will cost you 8000 rubles. If you plan to arrive in the city under rocket launches, you need to book the hotel long before :)

The service wants the best. Starting from the moment of arrival! We stopped by at night, they couldn't check us in, because we were new and didn't know that we had to stop by) although the rooms were booked a week in advance. Having figured it out, they settled in. We lived for 2 weeks and during these 2 weeks, in my absence, the cleaner obviously pulled out the key card, which de-energized the room and, accordingly, the refrigerator in which the products were stored. The first time I came early, went to figure it out, they tried to impose on me the loss of this key and the payment of a fine for it, but realizing that it would not work, they brought a "new one" promising to ask the staff and figure it out and then silence) But the situation repeated itself 4 days later! This time I came late, all the products in the refrigerator had already warmed up) the butter was soft. I went down to the reception and began to sort it out for the second time, promising them to bring the rotten food to the counter. And again silence, no apologies, no anything! Fortunately, after a couple of days we already moved out. There's a problem with WiFi at all! I didn't catch the word in the room at all, I had to go out into the hall to communicate. There is one answer to all claims: we have such a provider. The drain in the shower got clogged, I left a request at the reception. They tell me to be in the room within an hour, they will come to you and clean it) an hour has passed and no one. I left on business, came 3 hours later, passing by the reception, I asked if the drain in my room had been cleaned or not) and of course I got the answer: what kind of drain?. He takes a magazine and I see my room number written there and that I need to clean the drain) And he says: oh, well, now we will call the master and he will come within an hour) In short, a mess! The rooms were cleaned disgustingly. I had to return the cleaner and ask her to wash the floors, because after cleaning the drain, the floors were all covered with shoe marks, but she did not see this during cleaning. There is age-old dust under the bed, I saw it when the pen was stuck there, I wish I hadn't seen it.

According to reviews, it is one of the best and newest (opened in 2021) hotels in Baikonur. In fact: terrible service and the most ordinary rooms with a number of disadvantages. 1. About the service. It all started with the booking. I wrote on WhatsApp, they replied that I needed to send an email with information about the reservation. I sent an email, but 3 days later it was not answered. I wrote again on WhatsApp, confirmed the reservation, but said that there were no breakfasts in the inter-launch. We arrive on the day of check-in. The administrators were met with strange questions: who are they, what date they booked, what room, whether I will stay in the room alone (we were standing alone with my spouse!), whether we have a pass (without it, in principle, it is not possible to enter the city). Later it turned out that my reservation was given to them with an error - for other dates. They clarified how much time it was possible to check in, they said from 14:00 (it was 13:20 on the clock), if earlier, then the surcharge for early check-in was + 60%. 2. The room itself. The interior is normal, but the repair was done in places carelessly: traces of glue on the wallpaper, one! a hook in the bathroom for 4 towels, a crookedly assembled bedside table. In general, the hotel is more than mediocre. I do not recommend it.

Good rooms, TVs with smart TV, where you can watch movies under your ACC after a hard day's work (this is a damn rarity, believe me) :) The staff, starting from the cleaners and ending with the director, promptly solve any questions that arise. There were some difficulties with the Internet in the room on the 5th floor, but in the lobby of the floor the reception is excellent and there are many chairs. There is a market nearby. And the whole city is within walking distance.
