Great home cafe !!!
We had a rest in September 2024, went to lunch and dinner every day.We tried the whole menu , everything is very tasty and homemade , the portions are large and beautifully served .We became friends with the cafe owner and the chefs .Olya the hostess is a true Russian beauty, always friendly and beautiful, many thanks to chef Saida for her golden hands.Especially strudel with ice cream!!!This is a masterpiece !!!
We loved this cafe from the first visit.I advise everyone, you will not regret coming .When we left , we came to a farewell dinner and enjoyed another delicious meal.

The cafe is super!!!!❤ I recommend this cafe to anyone who is resting or going to go on vacation to Gudauta. Very tasty and varied food, excellent and fast serving. I can notice that the kitchen has its own, it is served with fervor and with heat.

It is difficult to find a place in Gudauta where you can eat delicious food. This is exactly the place. I advise everyone. Friendly atmosphere, attentive service and really very tasty. I don't know about the barbecue, because the brazier does not work on weekdays after 19, but the dishes that the cook prepares are very tasty. There were four of us, with two children, we all ate and drank everything))) I definitely advise you!!!

We tried almost all the menus here. Everything is very tasty, except khinkali (they are probably not cooked from good meat in Abkhazia). Souvlaki are awesome, shish kebab is what you need (marinade does not kill the taste of meat, but emphasizes it), fried cheese is cool, soups are rich and fatty, dumplings are awesome, dumplings are good.
My wife was poisoned in the Veranda cafe, so they no longer changed the cafe for lunch.

A small family cafe, outwardly rather nondescript. But inside..mostly European cuisine, the price tag is slightly above average by local standards, but it's worth it. The service and quality of the dishes are at a high level, having accidentally got here once, we returned repeatedly during the rest. There are a few missing items on the menu for children, although this did not become a problem for us - at our request, pasta with cutlets were prepared for children, although there was no such dish on the menu

We happened to pass by this cafe. I liked the cozy veranda. We decided to have dinner. The trout on the grill turned out to be delicious. The receptionist, Diana, was very friendly and hospitable in helping with the selection of dishes. The next day, we were no longer looking for a place to have dinner, but immediately came here. We tried several other dishes, and it became clear that the delicious trout was not an accident. Everything is cooked delicious and from the bottom of my heart. The name of the cafe absolutely accurately reflects the atmosphere of this place. Thanks! We'll come again!!!

We had a great time with a group of 6 people. We were delighted with the ribs, you can lick your fingers, very tasty homemade buns, crispy suluguni with berry jam is just a bomb. Mussels in cream and tom yam are very tender and delicious. I recommend this place with a beautiful serving and polite staff.

A small cozy cafe, where for some reason there are not so many people. And this is surprising, because the cook here is just a god of his craft. Wonderful khachapuri, hominy with cheese (I forgot the name when cheese interferes with porridge), salads. I will note kuchmachi separately. A wonderful dish of Caucasian cuisine and here it is cooked perfectly.
The service is fast, the prices are reasonable, the staff is very pleasant and friendly. If you are vacationing in Gudauta and want to eat very tasty food, come here urgently.

We stayed in Gudauta for 4 months, and this is our favorite cafe that we discovered for ourselves.
They cook delicious and heartily here. And these are not just words: the very name of the institution is translated from the Abkhazian language - "from the heart". The waiter told us this when we asked on our third visit what the name meant. According to her, when they first opened, the whole team got down to business so amicably that there were no difficulties in choosing a name.
We've been here five times, and each time it was very tasty. We even gave extra tips to the chefs, we liked everything so much.
Which of the cons.
Perhaps the only downside was the waiting time. The cafe does not have a very large capacity, so even with an incomplete landing on the veranda, the dishes can take a long time. So if there are a lot of people, keep this in mind.
Once, when we arrived, the cook did not come out to replace her, and the waiter and the director cooked instead. I must say that the quality of the dishes was almost not affected, and it was delicious as always. But the serving was long, and we stayed there for almost two hours. There was a mistake on the part of the institution here: you need to immediately tell the guests that the feed may be delayed, and not try to fix everything on your own as if nothing had happened. But I am ready to attribute this to a lack of experience.
Also, when we came for the last time, we noticed that the price tag had increased noticeably. Eh.
In summary, I want to definitely recommend this place to visit. The main thing is to take your time and enjoy the atmosphere and delicious cuisine. Well, I hope that the price tag will not soar to the Balcony level :)

I rarely write reviews, but the world and everyone who comes to Gudauta should know about this cafe!)))
Everything that we don't try here is very tasty. And of course, the title of the BEST BOAT of GUDAUTA rightfully belongs to the cafe "Gukala", cheese lovers will like it, there is sooooo much of it!
And as a bonus - Sukhumi bottling. It seems that we emptied the keg in a couple of days)))

We visited the cafe 2 times, the service is good, the food is delicious, but there are disadvantages in 2 visits. When we came for the first time, we forgot to serve French fries to the barbecue, but we thought nothing terrible, but when we came the second time and forgot to serve the barbecue, it was not very pleasant and for the first time I see a cafe where 10% is taken for the entire order, that is, we took 2000 tons of rubles, and paid 2200 rubles is not clear for which the percentage is taken and there is still a very long wait for the order.

The next day we returned and tried solyanka soup in their cafe (then it was 300 rubles each). I really liked it. The best hodgepodge that I have tried, including in Abkhazia.
