They don’t know what they are doing. 1 star is a gift for them.

I visited the Gosht restaurant, and I really liked it there. The place has a cool atmosphere of comfort and beauty
As a person who does sports and monitors his health, I would like to note that recently chicken and shrimp bowls have been added to the menu, which turned out to be not only tasty, but also useful
The desserts were excellent too. The waiters were extremely polite and attentive. They quickly brought my orders and were happy to help with the selection.

But! The service failed several times. We booked a table several times in advance for family holidays and as many times there were misunderstandings, either due to inattention, or for some other reason, we came in advance, but there were no tables with our armor. The last time we were assured that we had withdrawn the reservation. As a result, the receptionist explained that he had heard my husband's name incorrectly and therefore the reservation was in a different name. But I also want to note that the guys gave a discount to make up for this unpleasant moment.

The food is 3/10, visited with a friend, we did not like the salad, and he did not like the dumplings.
Service 6/10, they asked us to transfer to a quieter place, in response they received that the volume level of the music is the same everywhere, but they could compromise and make one column quieter and transfer to the column where there are fewer other guests.
The staff is 7/10, the staff is polite in principle, but the serving of dishes and the speed of serving are lame.

The place is great. New, the design is as usual – there are all sorts of pipes on the ceiling like in a factory. There is a good game room. All the food we've tried is delicious. The rib-eye was done exactly as it should be (in principle, this does not always happen all over the world), the gosht burger, although surprisingly inferior to the same in central park, is delicious, salads, dumplings and even espresso are good.
