They gave us the wrong name,the hair dryer was both broken and burning our hands, and because there were noises in the only bed, and the bathrobes were one instead of three, the staff never looked at us, that's why.But maybe it could have been a little better...Nevertheless, the breakfast was very nice, and playing skating on the snow was even more pleasant...

The hotel is not bad. It is located on a hill and during breakfast there is a beautiful view of the city from the panoramic windows. The baths were not visited due to time constraints. The furniture is already tired. The staff is polite, check-in and check-out is fast and hassle-free.

The staff is friendly and the related meals and breakfast are nice. The rooms are dirty, the beds are clean, the doors in the shower cabin do not open when they are closed Jul. Your shower stall doesn't give water upstairs and it's dirty. Neglected.
