Gocmen is a soulful cafe on the 5th floor of a house near Galata with stunning views of the Golden Horn and the embankments of Istanbul. The staff is trying to please. We took tea (it's very expensive here) and sweets (sweet pastries). As a result, we spent 2 hours outdoors. It was not cold and warm at all
In November 2024, 400 liras were issued for 2 teas and baklava. I think it's a little bit for such a tourist place. And in the cold, it's better to sit here on a warm terrace and eat than to queue up at the tower for a hard-earned € 30. The staff is polite, not intrusive, however, they do not always have time. We waited about 20 minutes for the order
The scenery is amazing, but most importantly, the flavors, both breads and desserts all look perfect, and my recommendation for every bag would definitely be to try a variety of croissants 👌
