I applied to the Moscow office of the company, but they are not customer-oriented at all, like the employees, they are not competent... When asked about sewing accessories, they cannot even professionally explain all the nuances of specific positions, or offer an alternative. There is a large selection of fabrics everywhere, specialists are needed for fittings who have worked with it and know all the "subtleties", and not to say "memorized text". The management does not need to recruit young people, but to take people with experience, so that they can explain and offer.

I really like working with you. I would especially like to mention Elena Cherkashina, the manager. She is very pleasant and always gives good advice on choosing accessories. There should be more such specialists in all fields. I am always satisfied with the quality of the product.

I wanted to get to know this company better at the Intertank exhibition. The guy representing your organization was rude and immediately prioritized that they only work with luxury manufacturers. Dear management, I would like to ask you to select your staff more carefully for exhibitions of this level.
