I came to buy my first lenses, made an appointment with a doctor beforehand so that they could calmly pick up the minus and the size. As a result, everyone immediately began to persuade me to buy glasses. I refused, because I can't wear them in the specifics of the work. But AGAIN, they persistently tell me for several minutes that it is CATEGORICALLY impossible to wear lenses right away, but glasses are needed (this is a lie). When they realized that I was not going to spend money on glasses, but would buy cheap lenses, the "fuck off" attitude began. Of course, I didn't check my eyesight, because the doctor saw that people with glasses had already come for me and as a result, they allegedly checked my eyesight in 1 minute (they told ME to put a window with a minus to my eye, what nonsense). They didn't give me any options. Although I should have been allocated 30 minutes, the doctor spent no more than 2 and then pretended that I still owed her something. I was already all on edge and decided to just buy lenses and leave this terrible optics. I didn't sign up for time in vain, I wanted to do everything quickly! As a result, I get 0 attention, because I have lenses, not expensive glasses. But then they found time for me (amazing!!). And that was filled out by a trainee girl who immediately wrote the wrong minus on a piece of paper (I noticed and said to fix it). And what would have happened if I hadn't noticed??? As a result, no one even said that the lenses were not available, I found out after all the registration. WE SHOULD TALK ABOUT SUCH THINGS RIGHT AWAY!!! I asked and was told the delivery was 2 days. And I wanted the lenses urgently, so this period was the maximum for me. I agreed and I'm all angry already. After payment, I was told that it turns out the delivery will be 5 days, because there is not delivery on all days! Should I have guessed for myself???? What kind of disgusting attitude is that??? And you know what the joke is. After a while, I received my lenses, and as a result, they replaced the size of the lens diameter on their piece of paper. What???? How can opticians not know that lens size is very important???? Why was it changed without my knowledge??? Of course, the lens did not fit me, because it was the wrong size and in the end I could not choose the desired minus, I threw them in the trash. MINUS A LOT OF NERVES, I wasted my money and time. In another optics, I did everything in 20 minutes and everything is fine. I chose fantastic optics in vain. 1/10

Secondly, the staff: a "doctor", it is difficult to call him a specialist. She couldn't advise me on any issue at all, saying "I'm just checking my eyesight." She revealed to me an ostigmatism in both eyes, (later the actual doctor denied this).
Thirdly, the prices! When they announce 360p for glasses to you, you realize that something is wrong here (as a result, at Optics 38 in the Scala shopping center, I ordered glasses for 150p, with all the components, as offered in this place). There is only one conclusion - it would be wrong to call this place optics.
I didn't like this place. They started talking to me about the cost of glasses. And when we chose the frame, I named the cost of the lenses. And this cost is too high, if it had been announced immediately, then we would not have wasted time. Intrusive and unpleasant.
