They sold low-quality lenses, while they were forced to put them on after they poured alcohol on their hands, since there was no sink with water to wash their hands. With them, the eye began to cut because the lens was turned out incorrectly and forced to put it on, the eye began to bake because the hands were in alcohol. With all this, the cashier and the doctor patted the lenses with dirty hands, then gave them to put on. Unknown drops were poured, as I understood it was an anesthetic. Because after all this, I couldn't open my eyes. I came to return the money or exchange low-quality goods, but I received torture. When I shouted that I wanted to take off the lenses because it cuts and bakes the eye, I heard no answer.
Disgusting service, incompetent staff, low-quality goods... before you go to check your eyesight there or buy a product, THINK 10 times.
