Good afternoon!!! I am a regular customer of your store in Taraz (Kazakhstan), I really like the product! On May 14, I bought 2 men's T-shirts worth 4,990 each, at the checkout and at the entrance to the store I was told that 2 + 1 was valid, I did not need the third T-shirt, but the sellers said that it was a gift, well, I fell for your deception! Today, on May 20, I came to change a T-shirt to another model. I was refunded not 4990, but 3700. It turns out that the T-shirt does not come as a gift, but just a percentage was removed from each T-shirt!!! I didn't want to return it, but just exchange it, but it turns out that I have to pay extra (if, for example, a T-shirt costs 5000 tenge, the surcharge is 1300) and they do not warn that it was necessary to make an exchange when you have a promotion, and not when it ended! In short, you are losing customers by cheating them in this way!!! I will not set foot on you anymore and I will not recommend your store to anyone!!! Your score is zero 😡
