Booked a tour from October 25 to November 4 at the hotel Mövenpick resort al Marjan Isla 5 stars
We bought a bunch of trips through the guide Aleksandra Polukhina .
It came on 28.10.23 we have to go on a helicopter trip, see the view of the palm tree from the observation deck, then Arab Venice and the tower with a VIP visit. The guide helped us a lot in this and made a good program. But there is one thing ! We left the hotel in the morning and were met by a driver with a terribly dirty car outside and inside with the remains of a McDonald 's . Without any apologies, he took us to Dubai and our mood was very spoiled.
I took all the photos and videos and gave them to the Guide the next day .
The same driver came back in the evening in the same dirty car , looked for us in the parking lot for an hour , because he did not understand what geolocation was and we just stood on the street for an hour waiting for this friend . He drove home in such a way that I regretted getting into this car at all .
I told the guide everything the next day, showed the dirty car and told about my spoiled mood on 29.10.23 and asked to make a refund for the transfer on 01.11.23 since your company has no more trust. On the back of the receipt it is written that a refund is possible no later than 48 hours . But Alexandra refused to refund me and offered nothing but another Kia in an unclear condition and the same driver .
Why do you treat your customers this way ? We paid you $ 220 for the trip , so do everything efficiently ! And if you messed up - solve the issue quickly and leave the client happy !
In general, we will not go anywhere else with you
The first time I flew with them to Dubai-they forgot to book a hotel for us (they paid for the day on the spot, they then sorted out the day and this payment was returned to us), and the second time it was cool at all-we didn't see or hear them, we got to the hotel ourselves, the guide didn't write or call, to the airport too we got there ourselves (they weren't there)
