When you go for an explanation, they send you, they tell us on the phone not to care about your order, come and take your money. We already have a lot of orders. When I said on the phone that I did not want to run after you, the seller began to be very rude. They themselves never call and warn "the order will be delayed, it will be delivered tomorrow" and generally do not know what "Sorry" is.
