I applied to this salon to print a ready-made photo in a document layout.
They said that the device turns on at 9.30.
I agreed and went for a walk, because it was 9.00
When I returned at 9.35, I sat down to wait further, because I thought there might be a lot of workload. It's been 10, 15 minutes, there's no order. I came up to clarify how long to wait, to which they replied that the device was still broken, it was necessary to wait another 10 minutes. As a result, in addition to 15 minutes (to those ten), a woman comes out and starts telling me that an hour ago I was told that the device was broken and I could go to another place. I have never seen such an attitude anywhere else. To which I advised them to simply write (even by hand) an announcement about the malfunction of the device. Just a wasted hour of time
