We had problems with washing the shower stall and facades in the kitchen.
Everything was washed, everything seems to be fine, but tomorrow it was a sunny day - and it turns out that the painted facades were washed with something scratchy, like the sink. It's not very visible on a wet surface, but when it dries up, it's a fiasco.
When asked in the messenger what we will do, the company just reads and does not answer anything, customer orientation disappears and ..... silence.
I'm happy for people who are lucky, but there are also stories like mine. People don't care what they clean or what they do, telling life hacks on Instagram about cleaning.

We ordered a general cleaning, moreover, we contacted the administrator in ADVANCE to explain all the subtleties and details, where and how to clean it. We were asked to send us EXPERIENCED cleaners, as the cleaning was going to be big. Having met with the cleaners on the day of cleaning, we ADDITIONALLY conducted them around the apartment, stating all the requests and requirements BEFORE starting work. After the time expired, the apartment was rented at about one o'clock in the morning and in a terrible, dirty condition (photo attached). After our indignation, we agreed to come and continue cleaning the next day. One of the cleaning girls apparently had no experience at all in cleaning (wherever she cleaned, there were stains, grease and dirt and had to be cleaned again), nor in communicating with clients (behaved unfriendly, even rude). The dirt was not cleaned in even the most easily accessible places: with them, we had to take a damp cloth and run it over the surfaces to remove dust, showing that they had not been cleaned there. We will never order freshroom services again.
I rarely write bad reviews, but I can't pass it by here. I ordered cleaning in the apartment I was moving out of. There is no furniture at all, except for kitchen cabinets and a chest of drawers. Firstly, we agreed at 10.00, the cleaner was HALF an HOUR late without warning, I had to call myself and clarify if everything was in force at all. I have clearly calculated my time, there is a truck under my house and waiting for me to transport things, as a result, I had to overpay the movers because of this situation. Secondly, the cleaning took 6 hours!!!! In a one-room apartment without furniture!!! There was no general cleaning, but I paid for the cleaning of the balcony and the window in the kitchen. The balcony was not cleaned, the windows were not washed. By 4 o'clock the landlady of the apartment came, and the toilet and bathroom were not cleaned and the corridor too. This is for 5.30 hours!!! I do not know what I paid for
