Having previously made an appointment for a car wash, I arrived on the appointed day, faced with an absurd situation. The receptionist did not record the car, announcing the early day and time on the phone. After that, she began to lie and convince me that I refused to record on the phone myself)) From such brazen behavior, I decided to contact the director, because of the poor quality of service. I was surprised once again when the director, without resolving the maintenance issue with the administrator, also began to convince me that I might not remember anything when I signed up for a car wash.
