A service that will ruin your holiday and is not responsible for its own words!
I ordered two bouquets for March 8th with delivery before 11:00. I made an order in advance. As a result, on March 8, I tried to find out why the bouquets did not arrive before 11:00 and where they are at all.
My messages were ignored and not answered even for an hour. They made false promises like "your bouquet is being delivered." And what is the result?
At 16.00 I was told that the bouquets had been delivered, although this was not the case! I wrote about it, after I received a call and the girl said that only at 16.00 after my numerous messages they would collect a bouquet and send it.
As a result, the store decided that it would be good for me to get a bouquet of leftover tulips, because those that I chose, of course, were no longer available at the end of the day!
But that's not all. The store admitted its guilt and said it would refund the money. It's been 2 days. The money was not returned, I wrote asking for a refund. The store said it hadn't forgotten about me and would return them.
After 30 minutes, I refused to answer for my words and changed my mind! Now they claim that they did everything perfectly and refuse to return the money!
That's what March 8th is like with this store! I sincerely recommend avoiding the worst service! This is a circus, friends!
