The reviews above complained that the cleaning took longer than promised, I also cleaned longer than predicted. But I don't understand how you can complain about this - the guys are focused on results, not on working out on time. Well, it's really hard to estimate exactly how much time it will take at the start. On the contrary, I wrote it down as a plus.
Regarding the price - considering the volume and quality of work performed, I would say that the price is rather low.

It all started well. The manager came on time, INSPECTED the house, CONFIRMED the price (rather big). I left her the keys. Two hours later, a call: "your place is so dirty, you need another 30 GEL." OK, what was to be done. We cleaned for a sooo long time, 2 hours longer than promised. They cleaned up to 4, the stairs and the balcony were not washed, although this was stipulated. The cleaners left, the manager broke into the house without knocking, took the money and began to convince me very obsessively that I should be grateful to them and, despite the sudden price increase, contact them again. She kicked me out the door.
In the evening, I discovered that the refrigerator was not working. I informed the manager. She replied that 1)they couldn't break it 2)it did not work initially 3) it was dirty 4) they did not wash the freezer, because the freezer (not working, according to her rumors) was not defrosted. In general, it's not her problem. I called the master, the starting relay broke, the most common reason for its failure is the long operation of the refrigerator with the door open. That is, they washed it without turning it off! The result is another 55 GEL for repairs.
I had a terrible mold situation. I thought I would have to move out, I was very upset, because I like the place. I contacted Fresh. Firstly, I was honestly and openly told about all the pitfalls of the work, and they gave me strict recommendations. Secondly, they removed the mold wherever they could, they were really focused on the result. They found mold where I didn't see it! Next, I regularly ventilated the room and rented an air dryer from them, so the work was comprehensive. And what, a month later, even considering that it is always raining in Batumi now, and I have a house, there is no mold anywhere! I continue to follow the recommendations and I think that I would not entrust such a job to anyone else. The staff is very sincere, you can immediately feel that people are rooting for quality and really want to help. It's rare to see this, I was even stunned at first) In short, I advise everyone, even at the stage of preparing for the meeting, you can understand what kind of service this is.
