I really like these apartments, clean, new, all appliances and dishes of good quality The location is wonderful The apartment is located next to St. Sophia Cathedral between two museums)) on the riverbank and next to the temple!

5! 5! 5! And 5 again! A great unforgettable place!!! We really liked everything! There are a lot of pleasant little things that the owners thought about in advance so that visitors would feel comfortable! Lots of towels, napkins, shampoos, gels, personal care products and much more)) There are rooms with a sauna) There is a private parking near the house, there is also a barbecue and grills. And next to the apartment there is a river, a museum of local lore, temples and a central square.

a wonderful place to stop in Polotsk.
very clean, excellent repair, everything is thought out to the smallest detail: underfloor heating in the bathroom, a lot of shower accessories, even a face mask)) good dishes, tea, coffee, cocoa, sweets. in general, everything is for the best experience. we booked the studio very quickly and checked in on our own without any problems.
ps there is a beautiful cathedral next to the hotel :)

The location of the hotel is excellent: near St. Sophia Cathedral, the city center, cafes, a park, shops. The hotel is clean, cozy, and comfortable. The internet is sufficient, parking is good. There was no air conditioning in the bedroom, in the main room (we lived in a two-room room). There was a sauna, a shower and a second bathroom.

Excellent apartment. Good repair. We had number 4. There are two rooms, each with a double bed. Large living room. The kitchen has everything for cooking. A nice bonus is the presence of a sauna in the apartment.

Excellent apartments, comfortable and cozy. There are many different little things for a comfortable stay, from hand cream to dishes and oil. We were more than satisfied. I recommend staying only here, everything is thought out to the smallest detail. The owners are great fellows, prosperity and growth to you. We are waiting for the opening of the network in other cities. Minsk lacks such a service.

One of the best accommodations during our car trip in Belarus. An ideal option for a family holiday in the heart of Polotsk (all within walking distance). Spacious and stylish apartment, with everything you need (washing machine, ironing facilities, dishwasher). I was especially pleased with the sauna, as well as the history of the building itself. The house was built at the end of the 19th century and one of its owners was the mayor.

The apartment is clean and beautiful. No hassle with check-in, check-out and payment.

A great quiet hotel in the historical part of Polotsk near St. Sophia Cathedral. The rooms are clean, cozy, everything is thought out to the smallest detail. Only positive emotions. We got a room of two rooms with two bathrooms and a Finnish sauna. Everything is just great. The owner is well done. I recommend staying here for everyone who came to see Polotsk.

A great place to relax. The city center, near St. Sophia Cathedral. View from the window to the West.Dvina. Birdsong in the morning. A sauna is one of the ways to relax. The rooms are equipped with everything necessary to the smallest detail. Cleanliness and comfort are on top. Parking is convenient. We were very satisfied and not for the first time. We highly recommend it.

We lived in the loft (room 4) in June 2023 (mom, dad + adult child) liked it! A two-room loft with a huge bathroom and sauna. Everything is convenient and comfortable. Except to add shelves in the bathroom for shampoos-gels-soaps. A place where you want to return!

The rooms are apartments with all amenities, at least one with a sauna. Perfect cleanliness. The kitchen area is equipped with everything you need: microwave, electric stove, refrigerator, dishwasher. Towels and bed linen are clean. Smart late check-in policy. But I couldn't figure out the TV, I suggest the owners come up with instructions.

Wonderful location, very comfortable rooms, where all the details are thought out for a comfortable stay, there are additional sets of linen, iron, hair dryer , fully equipped kitchen , sauna turns on easily, heats up quickly, parking right in front of the entrance, the staff is very attentive, always in touch. The building is historical, beautiful, the place is amazing, there is one thing, but it is a beautifully furnished studio, the refrigerator is sooo noisy....
And be prepared for the fact that it is damp. Everything else is fine. The attitude towards the guests is super! Towels and linen are clean, ground coffee and sweets are on the table. There is a tour map of the city, several business cards with recommendations of restaurants and shops.

Wonderful apartment. There is everything you need for life - an equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a washing machine, there is even a sauna in the bathroom.
Towels, bathrobes, bed linen are fresh and very pleasant.
The rooms are large and bright, the furniture, like all the equipment, is new. The bed is comfortable.

Objectively and honestly, there is no better place to stop in Polotsk, we are lucky that we were able to check in, it is better to book in advance during the season. It is clean, cozy, has all the necessary equipment for tourists (washing machine, dishwasher), a small courtyard where you can put the car. Contactless check-in. In the very center of the city.

..I can't put it into words! If there was an opportunity, I would put 10 out of 5! No. 4 - two rather large, bright rooms with a sauna for ridiculous money! There is a refrigerator, a modern TV, a washing machine, an electric stove, and kitchenware... I will try to stay only here! And I recommend it to everyone!
