The house is located almost on the very shore of the Dvina River. Nearby is the Cathedral, which works as a museum, collegium and the beginning of the old town. A very convenient place to stay. The conditions are just exceptionally excellent. In addition to a double bed, sofa, furniture, there is a mini kitchen with a full set of dishes, a stove, a microwave, even ground coffee and a turka! And in the bathroom there is a whole set for hygiene and care. Even a face mask! The interior is beautifully designed with great taste. Washing machine, iron and ironing board. The cleanliness is perfect. The hostess is a very pleasant girl in all respects. It is clear that he does everything with soul and taste. I saw a barbecue set at the entrance. There's probably a place to roast them behind the house. I didn't check, I didn't have time.

Everything is fine. The room is spacious. There is everything. TV,refrigerator,electric stove,washing machine, dishwasher,kettle, dishes for every whim,air conditioning. Coffee, tea, sweets, various cooking spices, not to mention everything. Parking in the yard, there are always places. There is even a barbecue area, you can roast a barbecue with a view of the river. My favorite mini-hotel in Polotsk. The best place to stay. Although it is best to book a room in advance, there is almost always a full house.

I really liked the apartment. The location is excellent, in the historical district of the city, a 5-minute walk from St. Sophia Cathedral. It is very quiet and beautiful. They are located in a two-storey mansion. Ours were on the second floor. Beautiful view of the river from the window. Good repair. There is everything you need. We were very satisfied. I definitely recommend it.

In general, everything is good: modern repairs, a lot of little things are provided (toothpaste, peeling and face roll, tonic, much more that the girls will appreciate =))).
I take off the star for towels that smell damp, stale bed linen. It was probably changed before our arrival, but it was washed as if without washing powder, there was no feeling of freshness.
And the most terrible minus of the room (like No. 5, on the second floor) is a terribly noisy refrigerator that did not let you sleep all night.

From the window of your apartment - the oldest university in Belarus - Polotsk University. You can go on an excursion to them (you need to sign up in advance).
The apartments themselves have a very beautiful designer renovation, there is a kitchen.

This is a super accommodation facility! A monument of history and architecture, inside of which is a designer renovation with all amenities. Carefully selected furniture, elegant plumbing. We did not expect to see this in Polotsk! He would have looked appropriate in the center of Moscow. At the same time, St. Sophia Cathedral is about five minutes on foot. Own parking. Fashionable contactless check-in and a convenient form of payment for Russians. We chose it by chance, just to spend the night on the way from Grodno to Moscow, but we didn't even want to leave, we liked it so much.During the week we stayed in seven different places in Belarus and Smolensk, I rated everything five, but FreeDom deserves a plus to the top five.

We stayed at the hotel for one night in double and single rooms at the end of August. The rooms are terrible, with an old renovation. It was unpleasant even to sit on an armchair and chairs. The room was terribly hot and had a strange musty smell. With the window open, which does not have a mosquito net, it was impossible to sleep because of the noise of cars. We slept like we were on the sidewalk. There was no hair dryer in the room. Towels and bed linen are old, washed. The restaurant offers breakfast, which also corresponds to the hotel. The omelet is like plastic, the sausages are not clear from what, the pancakes are cold. The impression was terrible. I wanted to leave this place as soon as possible.

A great option in the old town is to stay overnight in transit, or spend a couple of days exploring the ancient places of Belarus. Everything is very beautiful, cozy, atmospheric, homely. Great location, very nice hostess, very clean and cozy. The entire interior, all accessories - everything is selected with taste and great love. There is a guest parking for 4-5 cars. It's quiet, you can't hear the neighbors at all. The check-in took place remotely, without any problems.
We didn't even have dinner at a local restaurant, but took a takeaway, because we wanted to have dinner in the kitchen in the apartments - they are so cozy!

Everything would be fine if it weren't for the terrible cold that caught us on the May holidays. It was about +10 outside. It was impossible to stay in the room without a blanket or outerwear. There is no heater. one salvation is the bathroom. there was an electric heated towel rail and underfloor heating. at night they left the door to the bathroom open so that the room warmed up at least a little. there are very few outlets - only in the kitchen area and bathroom. there is no bedside lighting, only an overhead light, which is very inconvenient. above the bed, the ceiling lamp is shortening. In general, the repair is modern, but somehow a little underperformed with the electrics. There are 5 rooms in the building, possibly converted from apartments, such as a mini-hotel, clean. the check-in is contactless, I saw an umbrella in the common corridor, and like a barbecue set. The location of the hotel is good, just to walk and explore the "old" Polotsk, although nothing ancient has been preserved there, of course.

It is very convenient and relatively inexpensive. Nice comfortable rooms with a full set of necessities (but no screens on the windows). There was a sauna in our room! A luxurious geographical location. There is a barbecue in the yard. All issues are resolved by phone or whatsapp. There is no reception in this format. We spent one night there and were very satisfied. We will be in the vicinity again, we will definitely make a stop here.

A great option for a stop in Polotsk! The very center is 2 steps from the church. We had 3 rooms on the 2nd floor. 2 bedrooms and a spacious kitchen-living room. Fresh renovation + everything you need. View of the river. Sauna. Little things are provided - there is even a hand cream and a facial peeling😄 Clear.
A small warning: Check the temperature in the refrigerator before use. Our products became frozen in the morning...

I was on New Year's holidays in Polotsk. I came from Moscow, I liked everything very much. Rented two different lofts. All lofts are for 5+. Everything you need is there. I will return to Polotsk, I will stop right there. We stayed in the apartment on May 25-26. That's great! It feels like you were the one who was waiting in this place. Cleanliness and order in the rooms. A wonderful sauna. The toilet and shower room have a full set of necessities (towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner), there is even something that does not happen in five-star hotels: cotton pads, hand cream, face mask. The kitchen has a full set of everything you need with excesses in the form of sweets and ground coffee. Check-in without contact, payment is also made by transfer to the card. Parking for a car under the window in a cozy courtyard. And the view from the window to the Western Dvina is magnificent. We were in Polotsk for the first time, we decided to stay in a loft with a sauna. Everything is very comfortably done. It's like you're not living in a hotel, but visiting relatives. Quiet area, near the river, there is a cafe. I would like to return to Polotsk itself and to this loft once again.
P.S. Personally, it is very important for me that there is Parking for cars. You drive right up to the house, it is very convenient and quiet to drive a car.

We recommend that the owners come up with all the little things for tired travelers, everything is convenient: kitchen, shower, beds, there is even some kind of air purification device. The neighbors, however, got caught, who were stomping all the time, or rather the child was jumping all the time, as we would not come, but he kept jumping and jumping, the ceiling ... oh... But this is not a question for the owners, but for the mutual respect of those who sell together :)
