There were misunderstandings with the balance on the investor's card, I couldn't figure it out myself. But Freedom's support explained everything, made adjustments, and there were no more problems. I no longer use the card for purchases, only for savings.

I can't say anything for the department. But the bank itself is so-so. I opened the card in it, the manager did not even notify me that there would be some fixed cost of opening this card. When I called tech support, to the question what does this mean? They said that everything was written in the contract, and even in conversation they did not bother to tell me how much this cost was in the end.
